I got the same call today about a "possible" litigation". Where are the letter. He said he was calling from a Litigation Services company, that I can't find nowhere. Where are legal letters?

516-408-2174 - msg left from a Walter Bryce, A scam call where I owe a ka-zillion dollars and if i don't pay my +es+icles will fall off. Same old $hit. When are these @$$H0LES going to stop? Are people REALLY paying them. Did the usual; Reported this Trans-H0M0 to the FTC. DO THE SAME. Google FTC and follow directions - takes 5-10 minutes but worth it. The more calls and web reports the more priority it gets! Just a matter of time B4 Walter Bryce...is on ICE! (and gett'in it in his rear DEVICE!!).

This is a number that calls almost daily twice a day and does not answer.

No one there when I picked up. No noise at all, just quiet.

i just got a call like 10 mins ago and googled it the computer said its a landline in san jose ca and its a residance

1 (408) 516-5141 called me and when I answered a Spanish speaking woman asked if I spoke Espanol, when I said no she replied in English "oh sorry wrong number" and hung up.

I have the same experience, just outrageous!

Rude, scammers, only attack, low knwledged people who answer thier phones without call screening.
If you call them back, they know they started the interaction and can play a tele-sales con to get your info...or worse , sell you something like bandwidth for a fixed price a month.

I have received several phone calls from this number every day of this week! They ask for the person in charge of the electricity bill, and then offer long distance phone services. I have told them, I'm not interested and to take me off their calling list, but I still continue to get phone calls form them

Reading all the comments, some stated that the people calling was speaking spanish and they were a "telecommunications company" and it made me think. I have a plan to call my family which lives in Argentina with this company:

I'm not saying is them but the lady who called my house was from Argentina and never said hello, just hola. meaning she doesn't probably speak English. Last thing, I think this company moved and they were base in PA as the previous person said.

They called me twice the same day. I'm originally from Argentina and the second time they called they left a message saying alo?, hola, hola? and  I could recognize the accent, the lady was definitively from Argentina. I returned the call right away,and it seems to be a dead line. Wierd.

Keeps calling and hanging up

Called several days this week and hung up.  Called today (Saturday) speaking Spanish.  Very Annoying.

supposed pg&e subcompany requesting info regarding expiring CARE program. need to renew is coming soon. and when u read CARE program under PG&E, it does state that they will be notifying you.

We get a call from this phone number almost daily and are so tired of it.  Every time we answer they start speaking Spanish. When we tell them we don't speak Spanish they rudely just hang up.  Considering changing our number again.

This phone call comes from the 408-516-5141 but, it is a telemarketing call.
When, I answered the phone it sounded like a keyboard like a keyboard on the background.
But, didn't answer
a) why, they were calling b) who do they want to talk to, etc..
