I got a call from this number, and they left a message for me to call back, when i called back they tried to collect money for one of my pay-day loan.
i thought they were a scam and did not pay them, but now i regret the decision, as i have a lawsuit pending against me for the same. and i have lost my credit ratings, do not consider their thick accents , save yourself while you have time. Because attorneys are butt holes.

Received a call from 336-455-9374.  It is supposed to be the U.S. Legal Dept.  The message said to call 408-874-8360.  When I inquired about the 336-455-9374 that showed up on my caller ID I was told that my caller ID must be defective.  Very Shady!  336 is a NC area code.  They claim to have called from San Jose, CA where the area code is 408. If they are calling me from CA why is a local(NC) telephone number appearing on my ID?
