I got a message from a logan stone too saying that there was a compliant against me and he gave me a fake number but he called from 911 saying he works for state of Arizona department and other stuff. Is it a fake call? I gotta know. I can't understand the number. It sounds like a Pakistan guy. Hit me back up and let me know.

He is not able tp speak proper english.

This number belongs to "First State Attorney Office"-they are not a legitimate law firm. They access internet information belonging to the recipient of the call, such as cash advance loan applications, and claim that there is an outstanding balance on the loan. They then claim that they represent the loan company and that there has been a legal suit filed against you for not paying the loan. This is a scam. They will try to get you to settle the payment balance through their "law firm" by credit card payment, check card, etc. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO.; they already have your social security #, address, etc. by compromising the applicatios filled out online. They are based out of Texas. Call the Federal Trade Commission immediately! Good Luck!

I keep getting calls at my work, saying that he is officer david white. he is investigating me  etc...he keeps calling and harassing me. its driving me crazy

i got 100 call from this guys but i did not take seriously ,but after one month i got summon from court house ,i explained everything whatever happened to me front of the jury and judge but they did not accept my attorney's appeal and asked for proof that i did not apply for payday loan ,and very next date of court i had to pay that payday loan company around $2000 with penalty .what to do with those F@#kers ,i lost my self respect ,i lost my money and i am paying $500 to my lawyer every month for his fees , i want to die now please help me some body

I saved all calls, and Then x67 him back trying to get dirt,, He wouldnt answer any of my questions...

I am not kidding that I received close to 100 hundred phone calls in work today from a guy name Dan Stevens who works with Steve Jones calling from this number.  Please tell me how you found out where they are so I can file a suit against them before I lose my job.  Everyone was telling them that I got fired and he still called all day.  I am at my end of the rope with this.  My cell phone is one thing but endangering my job is another.  Please somebody give me something that will help.  I filed two police reports this week one being today at work and that did nothing.  I check this everynight hoping that Michael will respond and tell me how you got their address to file a suit against them.

How did you find him to file a lawsuit against him.  He is harassing me so bad and won't stop.  He uses all names such as Logan Stone, Steve Jones, David White, etc.  I can't take it anymore.

I received a phone call from a Ken Murphy from this number last Friday and again yesterday at work calling 3 times within 5 mins. I called last night to tell them I would be reporting them to my local authorities and was basically threatened to be called at work everyday until they get money. I fell for a similar scam last fall and was out over $1000. They are rotten horrible scam artists who are giving Indians a bad reputation. Like the last post, report them to your local authorities!

ya same here i keep getting calls from same number although they block the number i ask what their name and number of return is so i can call the police and a attorney for harassment charges. Claims his name is officer David White. Calling non-stop. The same person did this to me last month but his name was different then and then the month before that name different then too. Its the same person i can tell from his voice i am very good at recognizing people from their voices even if they try to change it some, something ive always been good at. My advice call the police (non-emergency number) like i have. A officer from where i live called this number himself and basically told this person that if it continues they are going to get ahold of the police department where they live and send someone to their house..Start there and see what happened

called my cell phone every day claiming i owed money until i changed my number now they are harassing me at work. do not provide any information to these terrorist hackers

WOW! Yes me too! I have been getting numerous calls from a man name Logan Stone too. Today he called from 409 233 3819. His number changes like the weather.
Anyhow, Logan Stone refuses to give me the name of his company nor address. He simply states how he is calling on the behalf of Cash Quik Loans. After telling Logan over and over, repeatedly to stop calling my place of employment I decided to take this to the next step.
I called an attorney to file a civil lawsuit with this Logan person. And the Attorney explained me that Logan is not real. He is a fake and a scammer. He is not even a collection compnay. What Logan does is, staps into Payday Loans computer systems and tamper with confidential information. He steals our personal information and attemots to collect a debt on any pay day loans clients. He demanded that I call the police and federal Trade Commision office immediately and explain my case. Do not give him any payment information. Because he will rob your bank account crispy clean. The Attorney was all to familiar with this here Logan guy. So please do the same if your being harrassed by Logan as he is a horrible insane person. Thanks!
