I keep getting phone calls from this number, 409-234-4960. I answer, there is nothing but silence, then hang up. How are all of these telemarketers getting my cell number. It is very annoying, since I'm the one footing the bill!!!

I keep getting this call saying I filled out some survey and they need to give me 150.00 gift certs, but each time they call the connection is echoing my end, when I say something about it, they hang up quickly...????? Won't be answering this 3 anymore, especially since I did not do any survey!
