Have been calling me saying they have a lawsuit against me. They have info about me such as my SS number.  I am definately turning this over to the authorities.

July 24, 2012 They are still at it. I told him I would prosecute him, stopped the call for a day or two. Everytime they call, just tell them you are recording the conversation. They will hang up pretty quick.

this person has called me from numerous numbers at my job and cell.He said he has my social secuirty number and he is calling fron attorney general office today his name is david cooper my previous call his name was mr black from da office in california.he also stated that he needed the name of my attorney and give i didn't return the call he wish me luck.

Because you obviously missed the part that said they have the US CITIZENS behind the scam.  They have not yet dealt with the Scammers in India.

They have started again.  This time the man with a very middle eastern accent says his name is David Cooper.  I have an arlticle from the FBI stating they had been shut down.  Guess they started up again.  I have filed another (added to the one already started) with my local sheriff's office, the FCC, and my state's attorney office.  Two calls to my personal phone and one to work. I have been told by the officials to not return a call.  Just ignore it.  As frustrating as it can be...just ignore them.  This is a scam.  Do not let them scare you.

I got numerous calls from this number and the man on the phone sounds like he is from India.  He stated he is from the legal department and I told him he has no reason to contact me and to put me on his do not call list or I would contact the Attorney General's Office.  I get these numbers all the time and once you tell them you are reporting the number with their ficticious name to the Attorney General's office, they stop calling.  They are such a big scam and these people need to be stopped somehow legally.

These idiots have called me at least 3 times in 1 day and they claim that your social security number is being investigated etc.....   They threaten you to get you to call back.  They are from India but the number says from Galveston, TX.  Don't answer or call them back.  All they want is your social security number.  Report them immediately to your local authorities.

This guys are full of scam. calling from india. They say calling from law department they dont even know how to speak english
