Just received this call.  Energy surcharge rebate based on a 2007 Senate Bill-(did not get the number).  The caller was not very believable.

This company is one of the WORST telemarketing companies out there.  They lie about who they are. They lie about obtaining government funding for consumers and they lie about who they are when you ask their company name.   Totally disreputable company peddling solar panels under the company name of Going Green Solar.  REPORT THEM to the Do not call list, the better business bureau and your state attorney generals office.

Going Green Solar at 623-777-9083 just made their daily call to my home phone. I've blocked the number so I have never and will never listen to their sales pitch.

Going Green Solar has supplanted Abode Air as the most obnoxious and persistent of illegal boiler-room telemarketers in the Phoenix area. It's depressing to think that it took hundreds (maybe thousands) of complaints and several years before the Arizona Attorney General took action to shut down Abode Air. If the AG ever does anything about Going Green Solar and its illegal boiler-room telemarketing, it's going to take a long time, so everyone should just be aware of that.

I've asked them over and over again to stop calling I can't get them to stop!

they keep calling from 623-777-9083.  I received a call 5 times from this number and have asked them to remove my name & number from their list I was not interested.  Now 1 week later I am receiving a call once again.  If I do not answer they do not leave a voice message.

Don't know who this is hung up after 4 rings. Don't need unknown callers on a holiday.

Received a call today. No name on caller ID.  After much discussion regarding American Recovery and Reimbursement Act, it is a sales pitch to have an "energy analyst" come to my home and evaluate how many "recovery" dollars I am entitled to.  They also wanted to know my credit score.  Turns out, they Going Green Solar company and would love to quote a new solar system for my home.

this number says it's Going Green Arizona when I called it.  Sounds like a pitch I'm not interested in for sure so I blocked the call and won't be bothered again.  You should do the same.

It's never ending with Going Green Solar...      Different numbers but the same old thing..   Going on 3 years, off and on, with their calls.   Have reported them to state and federal agencies.    They don't take no for an answer.

Awful difficult to pick up the phone, RICK, and make this request when the phone quits ringing before a person can get to it - no doubt one of those automated dialers that dial several people at once and then disconnects everyone once someone happens to pick up their phone.

We've gotten 2 or 3 calls from you already in just the past week.  You shouldn't be calling ANYone who is on the DNC list, and that you do speaks to your LACK of respect, ethics and morals.  And the proof of that is in the many complaints right here by people who have already requested that their phone number be removed from your spam-call lists  ...  some of them more than once!

Pretty obvious this guy is a pompous, self-righteous jerk that believes he's above the law, and that WE are the ones losing out.  Since the fool is right here in AZ, people need to FLOOD the AZ AG's office with complaints - if recipients of GGS's spam/scam cold calls dump enough complaints into that office, sooner or later, the time put into having to process the complaints (which will eventually disrupt regular business) will force the AG to do something about this joker.  People need to send a letter to the AG every single time they get a call from GGS instead of filing with the DNC.
