They called me twice today. I answered both times but they just hang up as soon as I picked up. Called from 853-1695.

Scared me half to death. My 93 year old mother lives in that area code......I do not. They had no reason to call me. Call came right before 9:00 pm. I thought something had happened to my mom. When I called back, there was no answer. It did not come up on my caller ID.

2nd call in two days from same scam. I did not answer. Left no message. Caller ID says COMMUNITY EVENTS and this phone number. Previous call was from 409-853-1679 (Same COMMUNITY EVENTS label in name field.) I do not answer calls I do not recognize...period.
