I got a call with no message when I tried to call it back, it said the number cannot be called. how can we get them to stop? they are calling like every day. it says telemarketer on the caller id

I got a call from this number everyday recently.

I just got a call from that number. The caller ID said -New Enterprise.  A guy told me that he was assigned to assist my child to prepare for his SAT.  He had my child's name.  The problem however is my child is not in high school.  When I told him this, he said that their records would have to be updated, and then the line went dead.  I waited 5 minutes to see if they would call back, they did not.  So I called the number back, and the phone rang a few times, then it sounded as if someone picked it up, and then just hung it up.   I dailed back again, it rang 3 times, and did the same thing.  I have no clue who this was.  But I will be calling the school tomorrow and letting them know.
