Recorded message about how they want to be my electricity suppllier. Cannot call the number back. They are criminal fungi on the face of humanity!

Caller ID read "Wireless Caller."   Whoever it is hung up when I said "Hello..."  I called it back and the recording of the Verizon operator said that the owner of that # "has not set up their voicemail box yet."
