Caller identified himself as representative from Senior Medical Alarm . . said they had a medical alert alarm ready to delivery . . said it was already paid for because someone in our household had recently suffered a fall.  The scary part is my husband was recently treated in the ER for a fall.  I just hung up.

i got thie exact same message from this sob.  i am saving the recorded message.  idiot spoke to a tape recorder for 3 minutes.  i am also filing with the feds.  i got a free medical device, whoppee.

Left a message. "Uhhh, I'm calling to schedule... uhhhh... delivery of your medical alert system. Uhhh, it's the, uhhh... fallen and can't get up kind... uhhhh". Went on sounding like a total moron for 30 seconds and wanting info to come "uhhhh" setup this system for "uhhhh" free.

This scam call is scarier than some because it sounds real.  "John" says they are ready to deliver my life-alert-type system and that it has already been ordered and "someone" has already paid for it.  Hang up and don't fall for it.

This is definitely  a SCAM  !!!!!   These guys are blatant violators of DNC.  Report to FTC.

Got a message from this one today.  Same thing.....system already paid for and wanted to schedule delivery.  100 percent scam....although I'd like to be home one time when they called so I can drag the call on for as long as I can....I'd like to know what kind of info they're trying to steal.

Same as above, calls under the guise that a friend or relative referred you to them and that they have a free medical alert system for you all you have to do is give them your address to accept it press 1, etc, etc.  Called number and douche on other end  said that he wouldn't remove me and that he was going to hang up on me if I didn't give him my name and hear him out.  I then threated law enforcement to investigate them and he just said "go ahead buddy"

These people continue to call regarding medical alert being paid for. I know that there is nothing free. The do not call request does not work, why? Why should retirees have to put up with these calls all day.?

Just calls, leaves no message, I do not answer If I do not identify the number.

I received very similar calls today. One from the 3088 number and the other just said "Out of Area." Both messages were similar to the ones people quoted in other posts. This is not only a scam and a PEST, this appears to be a phishing scheme,--they claim they need your address to deliver their wonderful system. DUH. If someone had ordered the system, why didn't they give the address to deliver it too?  Please folks, don't give them any info. States' attorneys general should investigate this number. And so should the FTC, FCC, etc.

Called home phone 8:39 p.m.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize the number for. They hung up. I hate spammers.

I have received two calls from this gentleman (and I use the term loosely) with this phone number leaving the same type messages as stated by the others.  I have not answered those calls and will block this number today.  However, I might add that I tried calling the number from outside my home and that number immediately disconnects without even ringing.  So they must have a set-up to stop it from answering.  My purpose was to find out who paid for this system so I could tell them to forget it.  Glad I didn't get through now.  My thoughts on the "DO NOT CALL" list - I feel it was only instrumental for the purpose of these solicitors to have our phone numbers in the first place.  Sorry I ever put my numbers out there.  Not that it would have ever stopped these low lifes.

Said they were from Medical Alert (I've fallen and can't get up folks) and were calling to schedule delivery of the system.  Said it had already been paid for...possibly by a friend or loved one who cared yada yada.
 
When I tried to tell them 'no' and he continued talking while I kept trying to talk, realized it was probably a scam or medical fraud so hung up.

I'm leaving the Caller Company blank because I seriously doubt the call was actually from that company.

wants to schedule delivery of my medical alert system thats already paid for, shipping pd for, one of your friends perhaps ordered it , goes on and on, slurred speech then says press Nine for delivery or press five to (some word so slurred you can't understand) I never answered this call but the recorded message is long on  " falling down" and the sound of flipping pages that how great all this has been ordered/ paid for me..........I double checked that my "do not call' list is in force, but after weeks of this # calling my phone, I would urge all who see this number on their caller ID to report the harassment........

calls from this number are never answered by anyone  in our home!  There is a different voice each time, sometimes a white person, sometimes black, male or female.  They are pressuring people they don't even know.  Doesn't anyone care that this is harassment?  We feel the "Do Not Call" list is not doing its job.".

I have received several calls from this number touting that they are "Senior Medical Advisory,"  They are now implementing a new tactic -"We haven't been able to deliver your emergency medical alert " etc. The continue to ask for my contact information.  I couldn't get the rest of the message because it was cut off.  I DID NOT order any such device, neither did I provide any personal information.

As a senior, I feel like a constant target for this kind of scam.  They try to get us when we might be having a bout of confusion when we are at risk of devulging info we shouldn't.  They are the lowest of the low!!

This group or individual changes their phone numbers, have reported them to the Federal do not call registry. They now are located in Berlin, MD. Use an airhorn when you do receive a live person. One black woman, and one white woman have answered so far. I told the black one to stop calling me I have been on the do not call registry for years and years and she just kept talking over me, so it was a yelling match. Hung up. If I recognize the number I do not answer, but keep a record to turn it in to the Feds. This bunch is just sick. They must think we are stupid to provide any information over the phone, told her that we do our own research into any product we may need and do not appreciate unwanted cold calls. Repeated many times being on the federal do not call registry. ugh - no wonder folks join up to do vigilanty style arrest to end nusiance people.

I have this area code "410" currently blocked from ringing my phone. Caller is dis-connected prior to leaving any message. Only notice of call is maintained on caller ID. Phone never rings

Filed complaints with FTC and FCC to help Federal & State agencies track down this type of calls by providing any information obtained from Caller ID, Internet searchs.
