I have received three text-to-land-line messages from this number this week telling someone (garbled name) to feel better soon????

All city offices start with 410-396 so I knew this was a fake.  Another site lists several calls from this number 02/22 - 02/24/2009.

My caller ID says call center and it is always a recording from the city.  I live in the county - I called the 311 number but of course, they couldn't help.

This number calls my home number pretty often. It shows : Mayor City Coun. No sound at the end when pick up the phone. Trying to call back, no sound as well. This is an absolute scam.

Answered call @11:03 am today. There was no response on the other end so I hung up. Caller ID said "Mayor City Coun."

This number called me at 9:00pm on a Tuesday.  There was an automated message from Baltimore city 311 letting me know that their hours have changed...the call center will no longer be open 24 hours for service requests.  I think it is nice that Sheila Dixon is actually doing something positive like letting her constituents know about this change

i simply saw # on caller ID, ID as Mayor and City Council. I did not call back but looked it up and found this place to register it.

recieved call caller id states Mayor and City counsil, call back wait then busy signal.
