Received call from this number twice today 01/29, I didn't answer because they didn't leave message. Upon calling, receive busy signal...

My incoming international calls come thro this 410 842 0809 number... I do not know how this is happening!! The number appears on my phone when I receive  international calls
Have they tapped my international calls? I have contacted an attorney and private investigators to handle this menace.

when I asked to be removed from their list, the caller asked why. i told him I didn't want to receive calls from them anymore and he said i had to tell him why, what he'd done. he continued to hassle me until i finally yelled at him and then he hung up. Superpages said the provider is "MCImetro Ats" but I can't find a listing.
