This number has called twice and did not leave a message either time.

I had a missed call from this number too, I called back with a different phone and they were extremely rude and would not tell me the name of the company they were with

This number is a collection agency.  I called back and got a canned message.  I didn't catch the full name ...Baker & Assoc. I didn't stay on the line long enough to talk to anyone.

They called 5 times in the last few weeks but they always call while I'm in high school

They call me all the time (early 7am and late 11pm). I spoke with a woman who said I ordered magazineS from 10 years ago (I'm only 21) and my balance is $500. She told me the address that I had them sent to, which I have never heard of nor lived at. She said she would remove my name and investigate this but they still keep calling. This is a scam run from home because the girl covered up the phone and was screaming at her kids. Obviously a real collection agency wouldn't do that. I would not answer this call. They are going to keep calling no matter what. I even asked them to fax over any information they had to "verify" the debt because the law says they have to provide you with this information but then she just hung up on me and called again the next day with the same story.

I get calls from this number constantly atleast 3-4 times a day. The numbers rings one or two times and hangs up and never leave a message asking for a return call and I don't know who the caller is.

Left no message and hung up quickly.

YEAH ITS A DEBT COLLECTOR INDEED... BUT THEY NEVER REALLY WANNA TALK TO YOU. ITS A PROGRAM THAT IS USED TO GET YOU TO FEEL LIKE YOU OWE MONEY.
ITS REALLY DUMB. THEY HAVE SEVERAL NUMBERS AND THERES ALSO A NUMBER IN THE 949 AREA CODE AS WELL.

I have had several phone calls from this number.  I haven't answered it and don't plan to answer it.  I haven't had a call from the number since Wednesday, April 9.  They never leave a message and they seem to call either morning, mid afternoon or late evening.

These geniuses like to try different numbers. I looked up the number 213-232-2300 and it's the same people. I don't answer any number with an area code I don't recognize on my caller id, so they're not talking to me until they leave a message telling me what they want.

I have been getting several calls from this number but didnt know until today what it was. These people are idiots! I did in fact owe money for a magazine contract I stupidly got into. they use to call from (800)258-6587. I paid them off. Now I see the "DEPARTMENT OF" on my caller ID. I have not spoken to anyone since these calls started about 2wks. ago but I will definately give them a piece of my mind and get them to stop if I get to talk to them!

If these idiots call you again tell them they have the wrong number, you have notified the police in your town of their harrassing calls, and spoke to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit since they do this sort of thing nation wide! they will stop.

They call me everyday multiple times. Everytime I get the chance I answer and no one is there. If it is that Luebke Baker Associates, I already have a lawyer and you all should get one too. If they get enough lawsuits filed against them they will stop.

trying to collect a bill from over 10 years ago! If you call the same number back, they will answer and I have been calling them and the head company about every hour to give them a taste of their own medicine!! You should do the same! What are they going to do? Put a stop call list on individuals!!

Had some weird address that I've never heard of.
Said they would take me off the list and look into it but they still call me every day.
They call very early and very late.
The lady was yelling at her kids in the background when she covered up the phone.

These people keep calling saying we owe money for magazine subscriptions from years ago that we did not order.  They call at all hours!  I just answer and then lay the phone down,  Good luck getting rid of them.

I have received 4 phone calls from this phone number. I even answered once and they hung up right away. I don't know what is going on but I am really annoyed that they keep calling me.

I am tired of getting calls from people who I don't know. I am on the dnc list and they still call me. If I'm on the list, can't they get in trouble for this and who do I contact for this? They call and let it ring 2x and hang up.

they called my house today for the first time my mother picked it up and they asked for my father. she had then told the person on the phone that he wasn't here and as fast as they could they hung up!!!they said they wanted rick and not richard i think thats a lil' weird!!

Called this morning what loser with no f-in time. Caller ID said Department of and number was 410-846-2529

They just called again after I told them to stop. I am military and am now going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general . I have had it. This is harrasement.

These people keep calling my home.I have just come home from the hospital with my fifth surgery in three years with cervical fusions and am getting annoyed. How can I get them to quit calling? I have evn picked up and then hang up and they call right back. They even call at 11:00 pm.Do we need to get a lawyer?Someone please get them to stop.

Been getting calls from this number saying i owe on magazine.

It is the magazine scam. They have been calling me for weeks and I keep blocking the number they call from, but then they find a new one. Calling over and over everyday. I decided this time I would tell them I just got this number and they had the wrong number. I even redid my voicemail so I don't tell my name at all. So I started awnsering evey 10 times aday they called and they would just hang up after I said hello 3 times. I got so pissed and called them back and the man said they would take my number out because it was the wrong number. I was so happy they were going to stop calling, but they didn't. They have been calling again today. I have heard people are turning them in. Is that really going to help? I would like it to stop. Changing my number would just be a pain in the butt.

They call 4 times a day and i never pick up. i also got calls from another reported number with the area of 510. it was also a collection agency with bogus info.

I just called the number back. I spoke with Christine who is working for Luebke, Baker, and Associates. She said they were trying to collect for a client- International Magazine, for magazines I supposedly order 10 years ago. I explained that I had never even heard of that. To top it off, the address they claimed that I ordered the magazines from 10 years ago, I hadn't even lived at yet! So she said that they would research what is up. I just hope the calls stop. (& who would wait ten years to collect a debt, seems fishy!)

I get calls from this number multiple times a day. If I answer, my phone beeps twice and they have hung up. I feel harassed! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau today, and then went to their (Luebke Baker and A**) website and asked them to stop harassing me, or I will contact my lawyer to take further actions against them. This is ridiculous!
