The caller states it is Evans Law Firm . They are calling people with same name to gather information.
This is scamming  scummy debt collector.

caller wanted to clear an account past due on a credit card.  Wanted checking information, told him I didn't have ACH withdraw approval.  Then told me get a prepaid debit card and call him back with the information.  Told him  I needed time to get funds and mail.  He was persistant.  He also called back on a 716 685 8470 phone number!!!  Beware!

The caller says the phone call is in reference to an important matter and they are trying to saying my daughter's name and social but are not accurate, I suspect it could be a scam caller.
