It is Care One debt management. If they are calling you that means you are in a debit management program and you are paying off some credit card debt through them. They are verifying any changes that you may have recently made to your payment date. They do not make unsolicited calls.

Care One Credit DMP (Debt Management Program), usually if you miss a payment. They are not a debt collector; they are calling because you have either missed a payment or someone in your household has inquired about their services and they listed your number as one of the contact numbers.

They are calling from Care One Credit Services. I have an account with them to help me manage my credit card debt. They reduced my interest rates to zero or as close as they could get approved from the cc companies. It has been a good program for me. I recently requested a one month supension of my monthly payment as I have been on disability leave of absence so I am sure they are calling to find out if I am going to continue my scheduled payments next month.
If you are struggling, this is a good program for reducing your payments and still paying off your debt faster by having yoiur interest rates drastically reduced.

did they get a clue that once someone has agreed to an offer that they need to hold their end and not screw around? If they cannot abide by a contract then they are not abiding by anything. I feel that this boiler room tactic is nonsense!
I changed my number just to get rid of everyone.

The call was from CareOne credit counseling. They wanted to let me know that I needed to send in my cancellation in writing. They did not leave a message, for some reason... I called the number back and was immediately connected with a "coach."

They got my name & number when I requested more information regarding help with my credit card debt. I owe them nothing at this point. So, "Late Payment" no need to be rude.

Actually, CareOne calls to remind you of your upcoming payment as well. Not just if you are late on a payment. Just because they called doesnt mean the person is late on the payment.

It is Care One Credit or Cesi... if you are getting calls then you are late on your payment. Give them the money you owe and they will stop calling.

I have been receiving calls for several weeks from this number and have answered it and no one was there. When I let my mashing pick up no one leave a message. My caller ID says that it is Care One. I have tried contacting Care One to get them to stop calling me and was told that it was not them and I am not on their call list.
