The number on caller id shows as MRS

I am an attorney in Chicago who has already filed a class action against MRS for using an autodialer to call celluar telephones.  As part of investigating the claims, I would be interested in speaking to anyone who MRS called their celluar telephone who did not give MRS or the orginal crediter their cell number.

I also am on the DO NOT CALL list.  They claim that they are exempt, and are very rude.

Called and asked for a person that lives across the street. She asked me to give the person a "message about a important business matter" I told her it wasn't my place to do her job. And if they wanted to pay me I would give him the message. I was hung up on! If im going to do her job then I expect to be paid like her.

These people call me 5 times or so a day. I don't know what they want but they can eat s**t.

They called today but left no message

Called main office and asked for their top three clients.

They called my house asking for an inlaw. I just said they had the wrong number. They don't call a lot but they have called often. When I asked his name he said something I didn't understand and then asked if I knew the person and I said "what's it in regards to" and then they just hung up on me.

Has to be a collection agency out of Cristfield Maryland. There are a bunch in that area and that number traces to that area.

received a call from this number stating they were trying to get a hold of my neighbor and wanted me to take message and relay it to my neighbor.  I don't think so...hung up on them.

I am a receptionist, we have 6 lines.  MRS calls each line at least 3 times a day.  It is sooo frustrating.  It is seriously border line harassment.

These people call my house sometimes up to 3 times a day. I don't answer because I don't have any dealings whoever this is and they don't leave a message on my answering machine. Please report these and make them stop!!!!

I can be added to all the people who are getting calls from "MRS".  They call me once a day, and this time I answered the call, and the woman said someone named Mr. Delarosa had called.  I said I don't know anyone by this name, and she wouldn't say why he was calling.  When I complained about getting all these calls, she got very indignant and said I was being rude!!  Please do soemthing about this company who seems to be harassing a lot of people.

I received a few calls from this number on my cell phone, which is pay as you go! Personally, I feel anyone that cannot clearly tell me exactly what they want when they call isn't worth my time. Also, being as how they knew that I had a pay-as-you-go phone, which are usually untraceable, means that this "company" is using some very illegitimate business practices to find people.

I called the number and they answered as "M R S Associates"  
I asked what was their business and was told "A financial institution".
They then asked if I was a certain party or knew that person.  I said I was not. They didn't want to hear that I was on the DNC list and said I was threatening them.  Since when is it a threat to tell someone not to call??  He said he would remove my number.  I've heard that so many times!!!

I have received two calls on my cell phone (which I've had less than a week). The first time I answered it a recorded message told me to hold and wait for an important messages (which is my signal to hang up, as it smells of telemarketing). Didn't answer the second time.

I got a call on my home phone from this number and the message was for my mother who has a different last name and has never had this number.  The message was only to return the call and to refer to a particular reference ID number.  I also am on the Do Not Call Registry.

Just got a call on my cell phone, which was converted from my land line within the last 6 weeks. My parents live in the 410 area code, so I answered, just in case. I, too, got the recorded message "please hold for an important message". I held for 20 seconds, got it another time, then I hung up. I hope that is the end of it.

Got a call looking for my X. Claimed to be a Pastor from Virginia looking for her, when I asked for what reason started tripping over words and mentioned business. Obviously debt collection agency using some deceptive means to get to their target. Disgusting..

I receive calls from them a minimum of 4x/day-beginning at 8:20am 7 days/week.

I have been getting calls from them for the past week.  I called them back and practically yelled at them to take me of their list.  They said they were MRS, a financial institute.  If they keep calling me, I am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

We are on DNC list.  Someone called from the above number, asking for someone I did not know.  When I hung up, I wondered what kind of company MRS is.  I called the number back, and they would not tell me.  The lady who answered the phone was extremely, extremely rude.

I've been constantly receiving calls from this number for about 6 months.  I don't answer and no message is left on voice mail, so the call shows up as a missed call.

Received a call from this number asking for my 10 year nephew! Low and behold it's a collection agency, his 'mother' has applied for multiple lines of credit in his name and has provided my phone number and addres!!! What a loser, What can I do???? They do not now nor have they ever lived with me.
