Claiming to be duquesne light but aren't. Going to start calling duquesne light and complaining every time I get one until they get them to stop.

This number continues to hangup on my answering machine. Yet another one today.

This is obviously a scam.  Same number (man's voice)called my grandmother several times asking if she is a senior and possed as an agent for Duquesne Light, Sprint, and a senior citizen's organization.  Same voice each call.  Not cool of them preying on people. Try calling it back and it has a busy signal.

This is the same company that we reported from a previous number in regards to a Duquesne Light bill. We have asked over 10 times to not be called anymore and have asked to be put on the do not call list. Now they have a cell phone number that appears instead of the old number to trick people into answering the phone again. These people should be arrested for doing this constantly. It can't be legal?

I had a lady say she was from Duquesne Light also. She said she was going to make sure I got the discount on my bill. I needed to verify info on the 3rd page of my bill. I told her no and I would contact Duquesne light myself so she hung up.

Man asked to speak to person that handles the Duquesne Light bill. I told him no.
Has repeatedly called and hanged up on answering machine without leaving a message.

this number has been calling me for a month or more at least 4 times this week! I called it and it said you've been directed to voicemail. my reply was not very nice

Has called every day around the same time for a week or so. No message is left. A reverse lookup says this belongs to a M. Luchan in Ambridge, Pa.

This number has been calling me all week. Same time everyday! Only rings 2-3 times and thats it! I know its in pa, thats all. Getting annoying!

I have had numerous hang up calls to my answering machine reccently from this number in the past few weeks.  Is it election related?  Caller ID shows Pennsylvania indicating the above posts are correct in that it is a cell phone.  I have been unable to find out any additional information on these pests.

They've called my house numerous times and they hang up as soon as i answer ans when i call back it says the verizon cell phone number i am trying to reach has been disconnected.
