they keep calling but not leaving a message

call 1-2 times a day and don't leave a message.  Would like to remove them from my call list.  We are on the do not call list

This idiot keeps calling me, there is never anyone there when I answer the phone.  I want nothing to do with them, get them to stop.  Other complaints say this is the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, but I have never subscribed to any of their papers, they are 300 miles away from me and I have no desire to have anything to do with them.

To get them to stop calling your number you need to call Telstart's customer service number (this is the company who is calling you) at 1-866-733-8051.  Going to the DNC list will not work as they are calling you in regards to a service you had, ie: newspaper.
You should be able to talk to someone who will get you removed from their calling list.

Yes, all this is still true.  They constantly keep calling and don't leave a message.  I have taken the liberty of adding them to my contact list as "A**hole" and assigned ringer ID to "none".

They are the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and they are obnoxious!  After receiving multiple hang-ups from this number, finally, on a Saturday morning at 8:50, a man answered and asked to talk to me.  I replied, "I find it unforgivable that you would call my house before 9 a.m. on a weekend,", to which he replied, "I have nothing to do with the dialing machine," then he proceeded to try to get me to upgrade my subscription.  I hung up on him, and if I get many more of these, I'll cancel my subscription.

I keep getting calls from this number and they don't leave a message normally ~ but last week my son answered and they asked if I was in and when he said no, they asked if he was 18 to give authorization.

This number has been calling my cell everyday. really annoying.

The number that keeps calling is from Pittsburgh post gazette. Them calling annoyingly was their attempt to get me to resubscribe after I had canceled. They have called me about three time saying "our records indicate that you no longer receive our paper". I still don't know why they won't answer when you call back, but it is definitely them. Yes, they suck for this.

This same annoyance has been happening to me.  They have called my home everyday for the past month.  When I answer there is no connection.  I called Telstart Corp. directly at 1-866-733-0851 and spoke with someone in telemarketing who assured me that they would remove my number immediately.  Hope this helps.

I am fed up with calls from Telstart Corp.  They come at all hours of the day - they never leave a message and there is never anyone on the line when I do answer.  Note :  I am on the telemarketing do not call list.

I keep geeting these goddamn caqlls every night about the same time from this number.  And when i call back the number only rings.  I am f****ng tired and fed up of getting calls from these sons or daughters of bi****s and I WANT THEM TO TAKE HEED-IF I FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE-I PROMISE TO SUE YOUR F****NG A***S RIGHT OFF THIS GODDAMN PLANET.

I was receiving calls from telstart, which were driving me crazy. Call 1-866-7330851, telsart said they would stop the calls.

Ditto here.  Tried to contact customer service for the Telstart company via email and there was an error, so it would not send.  I called the postgazette with a lengthly complaint.  The service rep was very friendly. Hopefully, she gets the job done.

I have been called by this number every day, several times a day at all odd hours, for the past three weeks.  When I try to call back all I get is a busy signal.

Actually, scratch the number I listed above.  The number is: 1-866-733-0851 and then select option 1 to go to their telemarketing department.

Go to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette website and call their customer service number provided.  Let them know the phone number who is calling you and the name of the company: Tel-something or other and let them know you want them to stop calling you.
They outsource to this company for some of their customer service issues, ie: collections, special promotions, etc...

I also have received numerous calls from the number 412-374-9148 at ridiculous times and no one is ever there when I answer it. I have two sick kids with pneumonia and the calls are annoyind and distracting. I called the Telestart customer service number from rjc's post. The gentleman was very nice and stated he will remove my number and he apologized for the bother. If you are getting these calls try calling 1-866-733-0851, It worked for us.

This phone number 412.374.9148 called twice even three times a day for 2 or 3 weeks.  Finally I searched and it found their customer service number, 1.866.733.0851.  Telestart is the name of the company--I believe.  I requested my name being taken off the list and it worked.

I have the same problem with this number calling me everyday. Add your cell phone to the national do not call list, www.donotcall.gov , after 30 days on the list you will be able to report them and the calls should stop. It worked for me.
