Received call today at 1:49pm. Didn't answer, and they left no voice mail. My office is located in Manhattan. Unknown caller ID area code is Pennsylvania?

I refuse to answer. Why don't you leave me a message. I think this is a way of getting around another number that is constantly bothering me.

Received 4 calls from this number today.  I haven't answered.  Looked the number up here and saw these messages.  Tried calling back and got a busy signal... Haven't heard that sound in a long while.

Received several calls on my work number: 10/17/2013 2 calls and hang-ups when Voice Mail picked up; 02/21/2014 hang-up when VM picked up; and 03/06/2014 hang-up when VM picked up.  Other people have reported this number as IDG or IDT from Pittsburgh, PA.  Thank God I have selective number blocking.  This number was blocked today.  Good luck.

A woman called me twice today from this number to my mobile phone (which is in my company's directory) and asked for a co-worker.  When I said that I was not that person, she asked a question twice that was unintelligle due to the poor quality of the line.

No answer.

Called in morning.   When we answered the call they hung up.   I have phone call filtering so that may have scared them off, or ruined their timing with phone company canned answering announcement telling them to hang up if they are a Solicitor.

Caller with Indian accent asked to speak to the IT Manager

Just tried calling back and it went straight to automated system claiming I won "$100 reward" for something something I didn't pay much attention after that.  There was an option to press 2 to be "added to our do not call list" so we will see.  After pressing 2 it immediately hung up on me.  The claim was I had visited an "affiliate's website" and therefore I am now subjected to this crap.  Send them to jail, any information would be great as to who or where these people are located.  Thanks.

I received a phone call from 412-533-2351 that rang once and immediately was a missed call.  I'm going to assume this is another scam artist by the other posts I've read on here.  These people need to go to jail for harassment.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL registry since January of this year so this is illegal.  Can someone tell me how to press charges against them?  Looking for information to stop this harassment.

Same as others -- call, hangup, generic voice mail when calling back.  Best to simply block this number...

6 hang up calls.  The 7th call someone was finally on the other side.   Sales call from IDT Direct.

Multiple calls, did not answer. No voicemail.

Kind of hard to do that when no one is on the other end when you answer the phone.

Then answer the phone and ask them to place you on there do not call list.

Received a call from this number. There was a delay then the persons says they are calling from IDT Direct. Whatever that is. I hung up.

Calling three to four times per week, rings 3x, then hangs up, no message.
Who are these people?  Just want them to stop.

Called twice , no voicemail. They call every couple of days

3:29 and 3:38 p.m. today.  Both times I let it go to the answering machine and neither time did they leave a message.

Got two calls in rapid succession.  Did not answer either.  The second time there was a message that was a few seconds long.  They did not say anything, but I could tell from background noise that it was someone in a call center with a headset.  Highly suspect a telemarketer.
