Caller ID appears as "Pittsburgh PA"

This company has a block of numbers and they seem to burst dial both of our landline numbers within seconds of each other.  The caller never leaves a voicemail or message.

When I call the number, a recording says "Thank you for calling MRS.  Please hold for the next available agent." and no one ever answers the call.

There doesn't seem to be any way to inform the caller that they have the wrong number in their system.

Calls on my cell phone, but doesn't leave a message.  I don't answer numbers that I don't know.  I now have them going to voicemail automatically.
