I got that number. It was from my Kaiser plan. They have an automatic call if your meds are on low doses and its a reminder to order your meds before it runs out. That's what that number is all about. Not a collection call but a reminder from kaiser. It's great, as I tend to not keep track of my chloresterol meds and the call reminded me about a month before I run out. It's great and I like it.

I got a call from that same phone number 412-723-5237.  It was a recorded message from my kids medical insurance. They have Amerigroup through medicaid. It was a reminder that I need to re-submit my kids information to make sure that they can keep the medicaid insurance. I let it go to voicemail and it was a recodring that left a message for me to call back and it was all automated.  There was a few questions and some information and that was it.  They did not ask for any of my personal information at all.  The call only took about 2 minutes

It is a generic number for medical providers. I just got a call and it was an automated call from Humana. I just signed up with them last month. Its nothing to be alarmed about - at least not in my case.

The first call I answered and the automatic message claimed to be from Blue Cross.
It asked me to push 1 if a few things were correct.
They got as far as my First and Last name and I decided to hang up.
When they called a second time I sent it to Voicemail.
The recording asked to call back (855) 450-7797
It stated they had some GREAT resources for me to take advantage of!
First question was to enter the number where they had called me..
I just hung up.  My curiosity isn't worth getting scammed over!

Just received a similar robo message. First part cut off, but did hear call this 877 542 6251 number. Went to check it on web and found this message board.

I'm not a Kaiser member and I'm getting the same calls. Has to be a scam of some kind.

Left a message claiming to be Kaiser.

I have had many calls from this number the automated system leaves a message for me to answer a customer satisfaction survey for Kaiser.

OK - just called this and was cautious after reading this message board. Seems like number is legit. Automated answering service for survey and does not ask any personal information, just a few questions about quality of care. Refers to kp.org my health manager website. My goodness, how paranoid we all get in the information age!

Yep, I get this call all the time too. I never answer either, nor return calls.  I did also ask kaiser and they said if they need you , they will contact you in person and they will not leave you a message calling from the 412 number  but leave you another one (877...) best to just ignore it.

I just got my 3rd call 5 mins. ago and called the number back and try to do a "reverse lookup" and found this msg board.  Thanks at least i'm not alone.

I get a call from this number at least once a week and I never pick up.  They occasionally leave robo messages.  I'm a Kaiser member in Northern California as well.

I'm a Kaiser member in California... I had this number call me a couple weeks ago saying that they had information for me. I didn't call back. Got another call today and they didn't leave a message.

Don't call them back.  I called Kaiser and they said this is neither a number they dial out of nor one they give for call backs.  This happened about 4 months ago and Kaiser said the same thing.  Ignore it.  If Kaiser really needs to talk to you, you will get a person.

I have a friend that works there and she says they will not give up until you answer their questions.

it's automated kaiser calling to members to let them know of new information perhaps about their memership, etc. i never called them back. but it is pretty persistent calling almost daily...then stops...then starts calling again...

I got one tonight too.  They left a message saying it was Kaiser (my medical provider).  They gave a 877 callback number in the message.
