I called one of their numbers, a week ago, a recording says it is a clearing house for charities. That I recently gave to a charity and they are calling to ask for more charitible donations. This type of activity, btw, is allowed under "do not call" legislation.

I have been getting calls 2-3 times per day--I decided today to answer and then just hang up. At least they will get charged for the phone call. They always hang up just before my answering machine picks up--maybe they will get the message that I am not interested--They also tried me on Sunday--that's RUDE!!!

They call me everyday at least once. The caller ID says Outreach Assoc. I never answer and they never leave a message.

They solicit funds for a variety of groups. Such as:

I too have gotten calls from these Schmucks!!! I've also gotten calls from another number with a Pennsylvania area code.

I've just dialed them and got a recorded message saying "You've reached the donor services line at Outreach Associates." I still have no idea what they do but I'd guess collecting on behalf of Police or Firefighters.

I get calls from this number constantly, .They never leave a message. I do not know who "Outreach Associates" is, but they constantly call me. I have registered my number dozens of times on the national "DO NOT CALL" list but it doesn't seem to do any good, as I still get plenty of "spam" phone calls. What can I do to stop this? Is there some secret that no one has told me about as to how to stop these non-stop junk phone calls? A number to call? A website to go to? Something? Anything?
