do you happen to have a tracfone by chance? if so, it may be a minute-eating scheme they have going on. im from oklahoma and 4129954318 has shown up on her 'brand new' "TracFone" several times. and she hasn't even given the number out to anyone... especially anyone in PA or where ever these calls are originating from.
