In 2006, Lengyel-Leahu handled a large number of criminal cases and maintained a busy trial calendar. Although he is licensed only in California, he also took out-of-state cases and sought admission to practice pro hac vice in those states. To do so, he was required to submit a petition or application for admission; these petitions routinely required similar information.

In no fewer than seven applications, he did not review the paperwork and his secretary signed his name, notarized both the applications and supporting declarations and filed the documents with the court. Lengyel-Leahu said he followed this practice because he was travelling extensively and his practice was extraordinarily busy. He did not believe he was misleading the court but he stipulated that he did so.

Why don't you come clean, clear your name, and list your credentials like someone who has truly earned them?  Simply provide the name of your school--no ambiguous acronyms, tell us what year at each school, and what was your verifiable graduation date for your two Bachelors, MBA, and Ed.D?)  Also, how about sharing your GPA or did you do so bad that you don't want to share it (assuming you even earned any of this)?

I happen to know for a fact that neither Jim Stepanian or his wife Nicole are scammers. They are the most above board and honest people I've ever worked with. You are wrong about them.

MyNutritionStore.com was a great experience. Getting Venture funding is a huge accomplishment. Moreover, Internet exposure as to the efficacy of Nutraceuticals was also rewarding. Working with Jim, Nicole, John Hazlin, Tracey Johnson, and others was a blessing. In the end, the company tried to market itslef during the worst economic downturn in recent history. Trying to raise money to finally take the concept to market became impossible. To the shallow, ignorant, and narrow minded blogger who likes to post negative comments I say "nobody believes a word you say" and your blogs only show your weakness.

The negative posts in this thread are from our fired employee who was director of I.T. -- This fired employee is currently under investigation.

We checked Jim Stepanian out and found zero complaints.. In fact, our law firm did extensive background checks and found that Jim Stepanian has NO crimanl record and not even a misdemeanor on his record..  After investing in his company in July 2011, I can honestly say we are very happy with the results..

Only prosecutors "prosecute", and this applies to criminal not civil actions. But even a real prosecutor knows the difference between libel and slander.

Now that so many people have spoken out and disclosed the truth about the angry blogger on this board, the blogger has been silenced finally. Good things happen to good people, and those who started MyNutritonStore.com are very well respected in the business community in OC.  The angry blogger, was recently "ratted out" by his close friends and business partners who recently decided to distance themselves from what they describe as " a real sicko".  Turns out the "rezistor" is a common criminal who sits at his computer all day blogging like most computer geek losers do.

The ReZistor was recently knocked out by friends, bloggers, neighbors, and colleagues. Who would want to be associated with a geek loser so hated in the blogger community. Maybe a moving van is the right call at this point. With the ReZistor sitting on his a** eating popcorn and potato chips all day, maybe its time for a diet program designed by a consultant at that Nutraceutical Company you are so worried about.
