Got a call from 413-452-9738 they did not leave a message. I am on the do not call register and I tried to call this number back and tell them they were not suppose to call my number. I called the number back but and was told the number is no longer in service. Go figure!!!

Received call 11-30-09 5:52 p.m.  Did not answer; no message left.

They are relentless and they call every few days.  The number shows up on my caller ID with the name of Springfield, MA.  They never leave a voice message.  I too am on the US and TN do not call lists.

Even though I have already reported this telemarketer to the FTC's "Do Not Call" list (look it up and use the "File a Complaint" form for each of these violators), I just received another call.
I listened to the beginning of the recording and heard the stuff about funerals and a life insurance policy.
Please, anyone who gets a call like this: Go to the Do Not Call Web site and FILE A COMPLAINT.

these people are relentless, they call all the time...something about burial plots...which i think is bogus....maybe they are serail killers and want to  collect insurance policies ..who knows?

I pressed #2 for agent and was given the option to leave a message.
They were selling funeral plots or something like that.  It was a recording.  I left message stating that I'm on the federal do not call list AND the Tennessee do not call list.  I also have several numbers going to the same line, so I have no way of knowing which of my numbers they called and told them it's their responsibility.  Obviously, they don't care.

I called back on that number (I've got Lingo, so I don't have to pay long distance).  I got a message "The number you have called is not in service".  I did not type the number, but dialed back with one button, so I know I didn't enter it incorrectly.

Something about funeral services.

At least one call a day from this number. Always the same thing. "This is not a sales call.....blah, blah, blah." The message is a recording. Something about processing credit cards for my company. Annoying as hell.

Agreed, just got one from them as well. I don't understand how legally they can call someone when you are on the do not call list.

This number called on 12-03-2009 at 2:06 PM. Did not say amything.
I should have my computer call them every 3 minutes for a couple of days

the recording said that they "were not a telemarketer & were doing a survey"...something abuot funerals.  my number is on the Do Not Call Register & i reported this as a Violation.  i also did a "call block" on this number, *77 on comcast telephone
