D&D has been calling me illegally for years, I am on the do not call list.  They will not remove your name from their list.  I sued them in small claims court for calling twice within 12 months, won $1,000 plus costs (they paid me).  The statute says you can win up to $5,000.

They still call and I will be suing them again.  Awful people, don't do business with them, and sue them and win some $!  Owners name is Nicholas Doup, 12 Katie Lane in Palmer, (413) 289-9251 -- give him a call and see how he likes it!

Anyone who was foolish enough to have let D&D Masonry work on their chimney, had better go out immediately and purchase a carbon monoxide detector for every room in the house, and be familiar with the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning! Keep all windows cracked open at all times, and have the phone handy to dial 911 as soon as the alarms sound! Most cases of carbon monoxide poisoning can be reversed if noticed in a timely fashion. Take sickened persons out of the contaminated home into fresh air, until the ambulances arrive.

As a attorney then you should also know that shilling is illegal..  Maybe you didn't get the memo on that?

They're rated "F" by the Boston BBB and even had their BBB membership revoked.  Here's the BBB's reason why:

"This company has a pattern of customer complaint alleging sales practice issues. Specifically, complaints allege unsolicited sales calls even though consumers report being on the national Do Not Call Registry. Consumers also report receiving multiple calls even after asking the business to remove them from their call list.

On May 29, 2013, BBB sent certified correspondence to the company requesting their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of customer complaints on file with BBB.

On June 21, 2013, BBB received the following response from the business:
