This number calls New Ulm, Mn twice per day and there is no message or voice. When I got someone to answer this number, the fellow said it was an apartment complex in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin,  a Milwaukee suburb and this number rolls over to his. He had no response and said the phone service was Time Warner.

Don't call Time Warner, they have no customer service. This is jusat another case of the FCC with their head placed promptly where the sun does not shine.
