Huge scam! Same guy just called our house saying police were going to be within moments to arrest me and I would not be allowed bail until tomorrow. I am from MA and he had all my records sounds as the real deal. Tried calling back with my husband and lawyer connected on the line, no answer complete a***ole!

I just got the same call but I busted him and then looked them up on the internet. I also looked up the attorneys name and found the same number you gave.. BUT I don't have a loan unpaid.

Well for one thing, I don't have a debt or have broken the law and I  got the call twice today.  This man is out to scam.  When I initially told him he surely had the wrong Linda , he then tried to continue his arrest scam.  You are not dealing with the real thing.  Did this guy pay you to post that ?

What's with these stupid scammers, none can even pronounce my name, I know as soon as they call me "LEEENDA" it's one of those Indian scammer scumbags.  This one is no different, says he is a DEA agent with warrant for my arrest, almost laughed in his face when he tried to get me to  take down a number (no doubt a number to send him money to head off my impending arrest).  Told him I refuse to do that and hung up.  Don't believe a word this idiot says and don't send money.  Discontinue call immediately.

I work for a lender whose customers have received these scam calls...it is DEFINITELY a scam, do NOT pay these people any of your money. If you owe money from loans, call your lender directly and get the information from them, do not give these people any time of your day. If someone is saying they will take you to prison, do not believe them. These scam artists are never able to give you the details on your loan and demand credit/debit card payments immediately. we have even gotten calls from customers who didnt get loans, and are working on finding out how these people are getting the information. please do not pay them, CONTACT YOUR LENDER DIRECTLY

Received a call on Sat about a loan I had failed to keep payment on.  He said I needed to pay $625 within the hour or a warrent would be issued.  Not wanting this to happen i did. Hour later he called back.  The amount was not correct.  They were sending me  the 625 back, because the amount needed was  975 and that is what  would have to be paid to stop the arrest procedures.  So here i go again, not wanted this to happen i did. When  i called to verfity the transaction, they needed more money.  So after that i decided to google the phone number.  To late. A hard lesson learned.

He tried to get me to go to cvs and send him money or I would be arrested After doing some on line research it is the same guy as 415-937-8430 who says his name is John Anderson. he's a bill collector for cash advance usa, and they are not licensed to do buisness in California. they are located in the West Indies from what I found. Be careful they will deposit money with out your consent. I'm not going to pay them. If you call 877-712-1239 and ask for a supervisor you get the same guy. I messed up looking for financial help. Be Careful

yeah i got a call from number 415-937-8430, saying that i was going to go to jail for being fraudulent on a pay day loan. he gave me another number to reach him 415-251-9723

He called me also an said that I needed to pay him 945 I got two prepaid cards an payed him now he's saying the money didn't get there fast enough an I'm going to jail or pay a resolution few. Oh yea he said he sent my money back an I should get it in 24 hours.

I just receive a call that if for tomorrow morning i dont have 900 i will be arrested at my job something that i never understand why because i never made that payloan..and i call to the other number and they only said will return the call in 15 minutes..and i still waiting the call.

very intresting calls! i just spoke to mr. webster. he is very rude and determined to prove his case. first of all dont agree to give info. he called from 2 different numbers. 415-251-9723 and 760-483-3768. he said that was not able to withdrawal my payments of which are not due. i filled out an internet app and i have had college recruiters call, loans approved for cars and this jerk! please dont send any money to these people! good luck!

I received a call from this same number today and was tempted to send him the 500 and them he started going into about how it had to be on a prepaid visa card, i then atempted to have himself prove who he was and he refused and said he was issuing the warrant.

And the comment above of paying the amount and receiving the receipts is commented by that same person you can check the IP adddress

he is a scammer calling you from india just ask him to send the paperworks he vl never ever send you any of those and vl giv you thousands of reasons y he is not providing paperworks...

The A** got me today for $625.33 with the payday advance deal and used the two pre-paid dredit card deal also. I contacted police in my town and also filed report to FBI. Will never see that money again, but agree that if they find this guy, I will be there to KICK his towe head a**...I am not racist, but he stated to me when I relized I had been taken.  ALL you Americans are so stupid.
Get this after the blow up and the police and FBI deal, then guy saying he was Kenneth Webster called and asked for more money...The have a better chance of seeing god...

Today he left me a voicemail! He said I need to call him. I spoke with him and he said I owed cash advance USA money and that they been trying to contact me and they haven't! He wanted me to pay over 700 and put it in as two halfs on 2 different prepaid cards or else I was going to jail, that he'd contact the police and have a warrant out for me and I had 35-40 mins to do so and when I got to the store to call him and he'd give me instructions on what to do and so I went to the police station an talked to many ppl about this from attorneys and lawyers and so on and I was told this is a scam and of course money I borrow ill pay bak but not to a scam artist

I was scammed out of 598.33. This scum had the nerve to call me back the next day to respond to a not so nice voicemail I left him. This man has ruined my kids christmas, they won't have one this year. I want him under them jail.

This guy jut scammed my dad. He also owes a check advance place do when the guy called he sent the money through a prepaid card. Then he wanted more. This guy called me and said if I did not send aprox  $600 then he would issue a warrant for my arrest.  I was tempted to send money but my brother had the same thing happen to him.  This is a huge scam one guy calls you from a different number and tells you to call Kennith Webster State of California Attorney.  He said I commited theft by deception, check fraud, and soliciting money on the internet.  THIS IS A SCAM.
