Got another call this morning June 12 at 9:23AM PDT, with a cut off VM too.  Will report to FTC:

Received call from (415) 325-0242 at 9:45AM PDT...voicemail was left, but only partial that said "press 2..." and then cut off.  Not sure if this is bogus or not, but wanted to throw it out there.
