Received call today from 415-350-0333. Automated message left on my voicemail said to call 800-678-0738 and to have my American Express account number available when I call... funny thing is I don't have an American Express account!

I got numerous phone calls from this number on both of my cellphones, which were used to be with ATT/Cingular. That makes sense if they got my numbers from ATT list.

My caller ID read, "B. Parsons" as the caller, but he left a message saying he was from American Express.  He said it was an important matter about our account and to have our account # ready when we called.  If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is.  Don't give ANYONE your account number for ANY reason.  Consider them ALL liars and you won't be fooled.  Legitimate credit card companies won't make these calls and they will already have your number.  Have THEM give you your own account number and if they can't, hang up!

american express

I have received the same calls from 415-350-0333 claiming to be American Express and to call back with my account number.  If you reverse lookup this number on WhitePages, it comes back with Blue Licenses Holding, LLC.  I researched that name some, this appears to be a holding company for a block of pre-paid cell phone numbers from At&t (formerly Cingular) and Trac Fone.  In my case, I do have an Amex account, but, it's in good standing.

The "People Lookup" website reports this number as a CELL PHONE in San Fransisco, CA!

I don't have an AMEX either and they left the same automated message as "jasonfloyd" on my work voice mail. I belive it's a scam to get info. from anyone calling back or answering the phone.

They keep calling my cell phone, I also got calls from 773-266-7390. I have never had a AMEX card.
