on the caller id it said it was from san Francisco and I can be qualified for something I forgot but to do that it said to tell my name and age

Called, I did not answer (unrecognized number). Recording left in voicemail ended with "...to qualify and ask about rates, say your name..."

This number keeps calling me all the time and I am tired of it. Sometimes two and three times a day.

Company name comes up as "ABC". They call at least 2 times a day on my home phone and rotate robo messages. Sometimes it's for life insurance, sometimes it's for lowering my CC rate (I don't own a CC) and other times, it's for security systems.
The security system ones are really creepy. They talk about sending someone into your home to check out how secure it is. Sure that's what they're doing. Casing the joint is more like it. I live in a very rural area with an extremely low crime rate. The only "crimes" that happen here are mostly teenage antics and the occasional speeding ticket or DUI. Hasn't been a major crime here since the 1990's. Stupid telemarketers.
