Received calls from 415-375-3261 and do not wish to receive calls from this number

I get the calls on my house phone and my cell phone very annoying.I've had several calls all from Diane wanting to clean my carpet.It used to be Dave.I did push 1 and asked them to stop calling they hung up.I reported  to do not call.gov hope it dose some good.

Just got a call that came up "Out of Area" on our caller ID. I listened to automated message from "Diane" and then pressed "1" to make an appointment. When the woman answered and I asked her about opting out of their telemarketing list (we are already on the Do Not Call Registry) she hung up on me.

I HATE THIS TYPE OF TELEMARKETING!!!

Got a call from 415-375-3261. Do not know how they got my cell phone number.

This idiot called my cell phone and said they were from Dave's Carpet Cleaning.  I did the same thing, I pressed 1 to make an appointment, a lady answered by the name of "Diane", I asked them to remove my number from their call-list, and she hung up on me.  I called the number back, but get a busy signal.  What a freak.

I filed a complaint with DONOTCALL.GOV (My number is on the list).

Someone please post the companies real phone number, address, and name if you have it.

received this call, so I Googled dave's carpet cleaning service in SF. I got a Dave's service in San Carlos CA. He said it was definately NOT him and that it was a Best Carpet Cleaners in the East Bay. He said he had the number at home and would call me tomorrow. will post.

Another in a barrage of "carpet cleaning" automated solicitation calls in the last 6 months. I am on the federal Do Not Call list.  Often the calling number is not available on my caller i.d.  (shows up as "unknown" or 000-000-0000).  However this time the number 415-375-3261 showed up on caller i.d.  I tried calling the number, but not surprisingly, it was busy.

People behind this need to be found, prosecuted and put in prison.

I got the "Diane" and "Carpet cleaning" recorded message.  I pressed 1 and got a woman to said, "Yes, we service California" when I asked if they were in California.  I told them they were not allowed to deliver pre-recorded messages if they weren't political calls and they said they weren't doing political calls so I told them it was illegal.  She said, "OK, Crybaby" so I asked for the supervisor.  She came back on in a minute and repeated my phone number and address to me.  I asked for the name of the business repeatedly and she hung up.

Carpet Care computer message.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and they hung up on me when I tried to tell them to remove me.

I got the recording of "Diane" cheerfully offering carpet cleaning.  Pressed "1" and got a man who said "carpet care" or something, and when I told him I was on the do-not-call list, he hung up on me.  I registered a complaint at donotcall.gov and here's what that site says after you hit "submit" on the complaint form: "Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action."  So, no promises of action, but the more complaints the better I would guess.

Yup-- same call, around 2PM.  I am registered with the DoNotCall list and will report them.

I got the call from the same number. Didn't pick up my cellphone, instead just searched for the number on google. Very strange. Besides my parents. Only maybe 2 or 3 people know my cellphone number. (don't use my cellphone much)

I received a missed call on my cell phone on  Jan 3 at 10:24 am from this number and ggogled the number to see who it was from and found this site. I do not know how he got my number.

Received unwanted recorded call from that Dave's Carpet Cleaner although my cell number has been on the No Call List since April 2005.  I'm placing a complaint.

I just got called now. I said "hello?" but got no answer and it hung up on me. I tried calling back and texting, to no avail. Calling reached a busy tone. Texting received an "Error Invalid Number" text back.

same thing same number, I'm already on the Do Not Call list though....

Please do the same ... and don't let these spammers get away with it.

I recieved a call on my home number at 10:57 a.m. from 415 375 3261 with a recorded message for carpet cleaning.  I hit 1 as requested in the message to schedule an appointment ( I was not really going to schedule an appointment, I just wanted to speak with the individual who would run a business in this most unprofessional obnoxious impersonal way). After I hit 1 only to be put on hold for 2 minutes then disconnected.
I then called back several times only to get a busy signal.
This is a very very sad way of obtaining business.
I have already filed a complaint.
I'm going to aggressively pursue this.

Same as the rest. Was called today by Dianne wanting to clean my carpets. Both my cell phones have been called by Dave wanting to clean my carpets. Allison used to call a lot. Same pitch. I filed a complaint with WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV

Same as all of you - you can't get a person by pushing 1 or dialing the number.  But if you are on teh do not call list - file a complaint (you don't need the Company's name - just the date(s) of the calls and the phone numbers. quick process - either on line at DONOTCALL.GOV or call 1-888-382-1222

This tool is a joke! He called both my phone numbers and cell phone, so he's phishing from the craigslist site, as that's the only place that my numbers were listed on. I think I'm going to try to book an appointment, so I can go and find their address and have boycott sighns in front, just to let him know how upset everyone is. Also, I'm going to register to do-not-call.gov to get this flake off my lines.

And NO... it was "not" me calling. ;) I got that same call about 11:20 AM PST on 12/29/07. My Dad up in Montana "just" got that same call about 10 minutes ago. BOTH of our phone numbers are on the "Do NOT Call" registry.

If you find out who this is, let us know so we can get BIG bucks from this creep. ;)
