I received a their phone call, they said that they would refund me a $160 and I would get $300 in return. But I would have to purchase a green dot moneypack voucher and activated with $300 first. After that they would refund me the $300 in 45 minutes he said his name was James Steven.

It's a scam. They are FRAUDS!
1st).  Advance fee personal loans are ILLEGAL in the U.S.
2nd). Legitimate companies do NOT use Green dot cards. EVER!

Iv been receiving calls abt being aproved for 10k loan ..but hve to shw first pymnt ability by purchasing green dot money card pack n calling them with scratch off info from money pack???!!!

SEND THEM NO MONEY. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE A HOLES FOR 6 MONTHS NOW. ASK THEM TO SEND YOU THE PAPER WORK. THEY WILL TELL YOU IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. THEN TELL THEM TO GO F THEIR MOTHER.

I just got a call from this phone number at my place of business.  I told them I can't talk while I'm at work.  And they just kept calling back.  They told me that they are a law firm representing a Pay Day Loan Company---American PayDay.  Which I never heard of.  I never used a Payday Loan Company.
They kept threating me that unless I paid them over $5000.00 they would have me served and thrown in jail.  I need them to stop calling my office ASAP

Kiara Jones staff assistant to Lawyer Royston Jiant at #415-548-7677 with Henrik & West Law Associates called a work phone number stating that a high profile legal case was filed.  When I asked for an email address to contact them, they stated it was AGAINST the law to give out their company email address and / or to send write documents by mail.  Then, a threat of a law enforcement, sheriff, will be sent tomorrow to a physical location.

They called and threatened my husband and when I told them they broke the law they hung up on me

Did they stop calling after you did this? I've got no problem chewing these clowns out and making a trip to California (I found out that's where the number is based.).

They have been threatening my girlfriend for the last 2 days. It seems that they are only targeting women, which makes it seem like a scam to me. We are going to have the number blocked and then go through the proper channels to to see if her ID has been stolen.

They called and said my wife's identity had been stolen and that she was going to be arrested for fraud and a whole bunch of other charges.  They are coming for her tomorrow.  This upset my wife and in turn upset me very much.  I don't like that they threatened my wife.  They were very hard to understand and when we asked for them to spell their name they started with more severe threats like the sherrif is coming to get my wife, etc. etc.

they claim to be a agency collecting for pay day loan, we have never gotten a loan of this type but they still call several times a week , today they called and threatened my wife and said they will be coming to our house and gave the address , i then called back to  see what the hell they think they are going to do when they get to my house and of course they hung up so i called back 3 more times and yes i was pissed  and yet got hung up on all 3 times then they blocked my number i want  to know where they are located so i can show up on there door step just like they promissed my wife they were going to do to her, i take threates towards my family very seriously and will countinue to follow up on there where abouts. oh and the a** holes are india sounding to put it nicely, and yes i will make a special trip to india to protect my family  if that is what it is going to take to keep my family safe, what does everyone else think?
