Jim Dublin can eat s*** and stop calling me.

I have also had a message left on my answering machine by this Jim Duncan, to call back at 415-695-8356.No explanation from him about why he is calling . I have never heard of this person before the phone call.

"Jim Duncan, please call 4156958356".  That's all i get.  He called my office.  With all the testimony on this site, it's clear that this is a scam.  It should be unlawful to contact someone's place of business if it is -as many people have been told- a very personal "business" matter.  

There must be someone, some agency, some law that can help us prevent this harassing behavior from people or entities.  It's so upsetting!

I have not called back.  They (voicemails) are just too suspicious to receive at work.  I Googled the phone number and found this forum of complaints (among others).  I will not be replying to these calls.  I just hope i don't have the experience the incessant phone calls that many people here have said they experienced.

This guy is a total scammer! few years ago he wouldn't quit calling me from this same number saying I owed money and his collection agency was trying to collect it. I investigated further and found out I didn't owe anything and somehow this guy new my address and had access to my medical record because he sent me an invoice and everything!! I called the police and obviously they couldn't do anything because the address is a law firm and the phone number is also from the law firm so the investigation ended there. So, if you get a call from this douche TELL HIM YOU'RE ON TO HIM!!! Tell him that you know he's a scammer!

I got a call from the number 4156958357 which I missed, and when I called back, some guy picked up and wouldn't tell me who he was!Just asked my name and when I told him, said that no one had called for anyone by that name. Just said sorry and hung up!and then I saw that I had received a voice mail saying that 'Call Jim Duncan on 4156958356'. Then if no one had called for me, then why leave me a message to call back???Weird, strange and Scary!!

Jim called my work # and just said this is Jim duncan or I couldnt really make out last name and just said call me....no reference..did not call back..due to reports below...should not be calling my work..I think that is against the law

Jim called collecting debts.

He said he is a collection agency.

A Jm Duncan called from 415-696-8356 and left multiple messages for my son, who is a minor.
I called back and he would not reveal who he was or who he represented, and he refused to tell me what the calls were about.  I told him I would be reporting him, and he said, "You do what you have to do sir,"  and hung up.
Most creepy and certainly some kind of scam.  Beware

I have gotten two message from Ken Ray.  Doesn't say what he wants, just leaves his name and a number. The number he calls from is 4156958355 but he says to call back on 4156958356. I have not answered and will not answer in the future, but I would like for him to stop calling.

Just got a call from a Jim Duncan at my office for my husband.  Gave the call back number as 415-695-8356 and asked me to repeat it.  When I asked what is this regarding he said it was a personal matter.  Didn't identify myself as his wife just said he wasn't here.  Decided it was odd somebody was calling my work for my husband so I decided to Google the number and got to this blog. ?????? Interesting...got to watch out these days for all kinds of scammers.

Hello this is Ken Ray.. when I asked who the company is and why they were calling they got rude and hung up on me.. they have called my cell several times, my job and my relatives. when I try to get info they said I used profanity..which I did not do..and that they can not talk to me now....called better business bureau federal trade commission at 877-382-4357

A Jim Dincan just called for my son.  I asked what the call was about, & he said it was a personal matter.  Very mean guy.  I told him that I needed to know why he had to speak to my son, & his reply was, " I TOLD YOU 3 TIMES, THIS IS A PERSONAL MATTER, THIS IS A PERSONAL MATTER, THIS IS A PERSONAL MATTER!!!'  I told him that if he wanted to get the message to my child that he would have to go through me.  He asked in a VERY nasty way again.  I asked him to stop being suck a dick & he hung up.

Research on the Web for this number and also calling the number back shows that it is connecting to a law office in San Francisco. The person answering this extension did not sound like the same man who made the initial call to my phone. Exploring the phone menu driven system seems to show it belongs to a law office. Another web search indicated a relationship between this number 415-695-8356 and a fax number of 415 986-1231.  The fax number looks like it legitimately is associated with several different law offices at 180 Montgomery St Suite 940 San Francisco, CA 94104.

The question is, is this caller a scammer who is utilizing a caller-id spoofer? In other words, the person who called initially could fake their caller ID using a technology.  It looks like some people already posting on this site have called the number back and reached possibly the same person?  

Here is a list of the lawyers that are associated with the FAX number on the web: Fax: (415) 986-1231, which in a previous search was associated with the phone number in question of 415 695-8356.  There is also a correlation between the fax number of (415) 986-1231 and the law office phone number of (415) 986-1338.   Which brings us back to the question: is the 415-695-8356 phone number being spoofed on caller id?

My conclusion, is either this is a real caller id number a lawyer uses to collect info, or it's a spoofed caller id number, and the scammer just hopes to get info during the call, but then why would the caller actually leave the number on your answering machine for you to call back? That would be a waste of their time. Which makes me think, the number comes from a law office. But it still could be a scammer who works at the law office, calls and wants you to call back for some reason, possibly for their own personal scammer reason.

Anyone else have any more info?

Someone called and asked for me by first name. I asked, "what is this regarding?" He said, "it is a personal business matter" (sounds like a contradiction of terms to me).  I said, "you can call back and leave a message on the machine". He called the machine and left a message saying he was "Ken Ray" and his phone number was 415 695-8356. He left no more info. He sounds like a mixed / light skinned black man in his late 20's or early 30's.  He has an understated creepy vibe to him.

call was, "This is Jim Duncan, I need you to call 415-695-8356."   No reference to anything at all.  I called back and asked who he was and what his profession is.  He asked who I was, to which I said, "The person you just called, now what is your profession."  He then said, "Goodbye" and hung-up.

I try to call back to him he just ask my pay the bill  when I ask for the reference, he just hand off the phone!

My girlfriend continually gets calls for me from this number.  It's always from Jim Duncan.  He never says anything about who is calling for/from, just that i need to call him back.  i think i'll hold off.

This guy calls me at work and leaves messages, I have reported it to the ftc.
His name is Jim Duncan, I called the number back and it just rings out. I am sick of getting this call. Leave me the hell alone.
