this number calls w/no message

Its a vehicle warranty center trying to sell you extended warranty for your vehicle.  Its not a scam but buying the extended warranty could be classified that way,

called my number and have been annoying with out a response when I call back. this is scamming

Called my cell, left no message.  Called the number back, and just got an Eastern Indian woman voice recording who kept saying, "Thank you for calling.  We are experiencing a very high call volume", over and over again.  ANNOYING.
