The phone is ringing off the hook.  I just had surgery and can't even rest because they keep calling.  Even when I answer no one is there. We don't even have a mortgage.

They repeatedly harassed us with phone calls.
They called one time after midnight and when we told him we were on the national Do-Not-Call Registry, he claims that there was no such thing.  We hung up on him, he called back and blasted us with obscenities.  We reported SRI Mortgage to the FCC and they actually listened!  People, if you report this company to the FCC now, they will be fined up to $11,000 PER OFFENSE!

FYI, I used to work for SRI mortgage and had to leave because I didn;t feel right working for such an immoral company.  They prey on people with low credit scores.  The company is run by a drug addict and almost nobody working there can be trusted.  I remember when they were investigating the machines that are used to cold call people and then connect them with with one of their "loan officers".  Im not surprised that they ended up misconfiguring them, which is why they probably call people over and over again.  One of the posts said that they were told that they use a 3rd party for marketing.  That was not true when I worked there and it is still probably a lie.

On June 25, 2007, I got automated calls from SRI Mortgage with 415-951-6032 EVERY TWENTY MINUTES from 1pm until 9pm.  The next day I continued to receive automated calls from this phone no.  No message was left, & when I called the phone no. back, no live person answered.

I sent two letters to SRI Mortgage to stop the unsolicited phone calls & to notify the company that my phone no. was on the "do not call" list.  No response.

I learned that the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, title 47, section 227, permits a private right of action against telemarketers who make unsolicited harassing phone calls to our residence or cell phone no.  You can recover $500 for EACH violation, tripled if the offending company WILLFULLY broke the law.

you can tell this bozo to take a hike and why in the hell does he know you even have a mortgage?  that may throw him for a loop.  i usually tell people i don't need a mortgage and that i am a convicted felon with no means.

some stupid idiot asked to speak to someone in the household and i asked him, "why? who are you".  he then hung up.  my advice to this company is to stop wasting your time and money on a call to hawaii, esp. if you cannot pronounce someone's name correctly.

I can't believe how many times these people have called me.  I understand persistence but this is getting a little ridiculous.  I actually called them back and not only left a message but spoke to someone in the office who apologized and said I would not receive anymore calls.  It's only been a day but I haven't gotten any calls today.

I tried this and it did not work.  They ask for tons of additional information that I did not want to give.  Instead of doing this I called the company they removed my name and apologized for being so bothersome. I guess it is not even this company making the calls but a third party.  Either way it was annoying and now it's stopped and that's all I care about.

This was great advice, I can't thank you enough.  I called the number for Craig he explained that his company uses an outside marketing company apologized profusely for the inconvenience and I have not had another call since.  I spoke to him on Tuesday.

I received over 10 calls in the last two days from this number.  After checking this website I finally called the number back and left my number on the voicemail and the calls have apparently stopped.  Hopefully this helps you guys out there.

I also receive phone calls from these people about 6-10 times a day. They don't leave messages though. Everytime I call them back at 415-951-6032, I couldn't leave a message since their mailbox is full.  I called their corporate office in San Francisco and was able to speak with a live person.  He had asked me to contact 415-951-6016 and requested that I speak with Craig Holger to request that my number be removed from their call list.  This number is Craig's direct line and his voice mail picked up.  I left a detailed message for him, left my name and phone number and asked that they please remove my phone number and to please stop calling me.  Hopefully this will work.

They have continued to call me even though I left a message to stop harassing  me. Following the directions from the posting below, I filed a complaint through the FCC. Hopefully they will go after these pigs and they will be forced to stop disturbing people.

I am now getting repeated calls from this number. After about 9 calls I finally picked up and got dead air. They have been leaving repeated messages of no content. This is harassment but I have no idea what the point is. Who would do business with anyone like this anyway, even if that is what they are after? UGH! I have reported them to the do not call registry but their system only allows the reporting of a single call with no space to enter repeated calls and all the rest of the bad behavior this company is displaying.

Additionally I have inquired to my phone company about blocking the call and was told it is not possible. If anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with this stupid company, I would love to hear about it.

I receive over 10 calls a day for the last 2 months. I hooked my fax continuosly on this line so I don't hear them calling me. As soon as I hook my phone, this number keep ringing off the hook. I tried to call the number back, they hung up like always, then I called again, they tell you the phones are busy, please leave your name and number and someone will call you back. ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME? SHUT UP, DON'T CALL ME AGAIN, BECAUSE I ALREADY SENT THIS INFORMATION TO THAT ATTORNEY GENERAL IN PHOENIX, AND I WILL SUE YOU ALL FOR ALL THE TIMES YOU CALLED ME. I AM A BLOCKED NUMBER AND ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST....THIS IS A JOKE

Got a call tonight from some jerk who used first name of mine as though he was a close acquaintance.  he then proceeded to tell me "I see you have a high interest",, we at SRI can help you cahnge that,,, blah blah blah,, when I told him I have not have that interest rate or that finance company in over 10 years and don't know where he got his info, ... he just hung up on me...

When I called back, it says if you want to be removed, leave a message and phone number and name and they will remove you...it's a voice mail box that is FULL,, then disconnects you.  A freind of mine was able to to do that a few weeks agao to this number and apparently this person is selling the number and contacts becuase all of the sudden my friend was getting like 10 calls a day from solicitors from mortage company, lenders etc.. this company is a scam if the employees they hire treat you like this initially, imagine the kind of treatment you'll receive if you were ever to do business with them.  I recommend anyone getting a call from this company report them immediately to FCC....

fill this form out with the below information plus the caller ID number that you received of 415-951-6032....but make sure that you also include the main number of 415-951-6000.  If you do not include the 415-951-6000 number then the FCC will not be able to speak with a live person.

Please anyone who receives these aggressive telemarketing calls from this company should put a complaint into the FCC so that they can be stopped.

i received 10 calls last week from this number and they were all hang ups.  when i called the main line they explained that there was some sort of problem with a third party automated system they apologized removed my number and i haven't gotten anymore calls.  hope this helps.

I got several calls from this number, where, as soon as I answered, they just hung up.  I did a web search and found your website.  I called the number shown above, (415) 951-6000, and they apologized, said it was some third party system that is using a computer that appears to have bugs.  They promised to remove my name from their list.
