don't answer calls from this number. it is so annoying...

I get a message from this number on my (pay-as-you-go) cell phone at least once a week.  As it is a pre-recorded message that starts playing when my answering service picks up, I only get, " --ou are still eligible to reactivate warranty coverage.  This is the final call before we close the file.  Press one to speak with a representative now, about your vehicle.  Press two to be removed from the follow-up list".  

I don't know who they are.
I don't own a car.
It certainly isn't the final call.

100% scam if you haven't figure out already. I get calls from them all the time as well as from other numbers. This # usually gets more of my attention as it's my local area code (toronto)

I never seem to get that promised "FINAL" call.  I blocked one 416-000-#### number, then a couple of days later the calls resumed from a different 416-000-#### number,  & I'm also getting these on my pay-as-you-go cell.

Shouldnt be able to get this crap on a cell phone.. It can cost money to pick up. No way would i call them back when they are in a different area code. That would cost even more. REDICULOUS

So far, I have received 416-000-1934 1 time and 416-000-5579 2 times and 416-000-1396 1 time.  I answered 2 times out of all these calls, but didn't hear a word.

Also realize I have also received 416-000-7732, 416-000-1357...
So just don't answer any 416-000- numbers!  So annoying!

Who is this? They keep calling and leave no message.

Another warranty scam

These day's it's easy for anyone with a computer to automate dialing random series of numbers ... my bet is some <bleeping> scam artist is probably fishing for a "live" person to answer the phone call back so they'll billed big $ on a 900- line.

I'm planning to complain to my phone company to ask them to start filtering calls from these crap "000" numbers and point them to this site. May not help, but worth the effort.

(Hey you cell phone providers - if you're listening - the first one to let me create my own "ignore" filter list on my line so I can add these idiot numbers on it myself will get my next 3 year contract... !)

Got about 10 calls in the last 2 weeks or so from various 416 000 **** numbers but only picked up once. Is everyone getting these calls with virgin mobile?

This number and other numbers starting in "416-000" have been calling me. Of course, they don't leave a message :P Really annoying...

All are annoying, it calls my cell daily, I don't pick up but it made me mad. It seems someone sell my cell number to these companies. So many people complaint but the frequent of these calls are getting increase.
Beware! and do not pick up.

2nd notice that warranty about to expire.. i have called Telus Mobility about it, they say there is nothign they can do, unless its a text message, in which case you can forward the message with 'spam' in the body, to Telus, to get a chargeback on the 15 cent incoming text message fee. :@

this number is calling me everyday in the afternoon. im so tired of it. they never leave any vm either.

Usual telemarketing and or scam call.  Vehicle warranty about to expire.  I don't own a veheicle that is still under warranty.  This is just the usual harassement of our citizens that is allowed by our corrupt politicians.

Almost every afternoon I receive a call on my cell phone from 1-416-000-1934.  The first time I received a call from this #, I said hello but no one was there / answered.  Now I just answer the call and immediately hang up.  If I'm not fast enough, I am notified of a voice mail message - of which there is no message.  Please make them stop.  Thanx for your help!
