Reçu cet appel d'une personne.  Par la suite pour lui reparler, j'ai recompopé et on me dit qu'il n'y a pas de service à ce numéro.  Puis sur internet, beaucoup d'information bizaroide à ce sujet.

They offer some cheap vacation package and lure you to press 1 to accept. However, you don't know what you may get into. If you press a number, it immediately hangs up.

This number is one of a bank of access numbers that may appear when a caller is using a pre-paid calling card.  The service is perfectly legitimate, even though  it may be used for improper, even illegal, reasons.  Don't berate the messenger if you don't like the message.
