Hey I have the best solution as I keep getting the calls.
1. find out the address of your local police station
2. when they call go through the process as if you are buying the package
3. refuse to give any personal information other than to book an appointment, give them a fake name and the address to the police department.

That way you waste their time and cost them some time and money!!!!!!! Have a little fun with them for a change!

they  continue to call and bell says it is an unlisted number and i think i  am going to call the police if it keeps up

The caller said his name was "Paul" and that he was calling from Air-Duct Cleaning Services.  He had an East Inidian accent.  My call display read OUT OF AREA.  This was at 2:28 p.m. EST.  I have completed the National Do Not Call Registry complaint form online.  I don't believe it was a Telemarketer, I think it was a SCAM.

I recieved th same call from Air-Duct Cleaning Services. I get these Air Duct Cleaning Calls all the time. They are usually very rude when I say I'm not interested and do not obey any protocols regarding proper telemarketing calls.

This person called my house and I answered it since \I was waiting to hear back from prospective employers. Nobody except silence followed by a beep then a robot voice saying goodbye. I called Bell and they said the only number they had was for "252-2313" not "251-2313". So try calling the 252-2313 number and speaking to the person there, I have already left her a message saying to contact me. The pereson's name is L. Powless.

OK SO YOU ARE NOW SENDING OUT INCORRECT INFORMATION AND ONCE AGAIN DUE TO THE EFFICIENCY OF MA BELL.  THEY GAVE YOU THE INFO  FOR THE PERSON AT _416 252 2313

hey not sure where you are from but where we live 416 is a neighouring city.. so it's not just that easy to block out all calls from that area code! :s

May 17th, 2011 @ 2:15 pm. I received a call from this number today as well with thesame results as the rest of you. No one was on the line to speak. I installed a 56K modem on my computer and downloaded a free program called Phone Tray.  I will now be putting this number on block caller and if/when they call back they will be hearing a really irritating  noise which will kicked in after the first ring. I call this sweet revenge on these numbers.

Called twice May 16.  No one answered the call the first time, no message left.  Call was answered at 8:00pm, it was Sheldon from Air Duct Cleaning.  I asked if he was going to be in my neighborhood this week and SURPRISE! he was.  I told him I'd be sure to look out for his truck.

Same here twice today same phone number nothing said!!!  Where is the CRTC??

I received a call from 416-251-2313 on my call display while I was out. There was no message and when I called back, there was an auto message from Bell saying that there was no service for that number. I guess that someone has beaten Bell for a free number that they can use to harass people without accountability.

Same stupidity as everyone above.  In the future I will not answer calls originating from area code 416.  It's always a scam.

Calls from this number several times a day.   Nobody ever answers on the other end, and then it auto-disconnects.   Very annoying!!

they called and asked if I was the owner of the house which I am but I said no and they hung up on me How Rude Chezzzzzzz!

Received a call from this number but nobody on the line. This happens frequently and annoying but unable to trace the name of the caller. Where is the CRTC in these situations?

same thing as above, they called asked for my wife (who wasn't home) then just hung up!

Saw the number on my phone  called it back, same thing "not in service"

The real problem is Bell. How do these b*****ds get numbers that can't be called back?  What the f is that all about?
