most smart phones also have a reject list. I have a samsung galaxy s2, the reject list gets the number blocked and all they hear is a busy tone. it never rings, the only way i know about it is that it shows up in my call history as a hang up.

what departure terminal? there is a canadian tire there etc.(streetview) how did you get this trace on it? Maybe we can call and get the security guards to catch the guy if it's in some building.

They also call me in Victoria about credit card processing.  We don;t take cards, doesn't seem to matter to them.  Must try the creative tactics to discourage them, lol.

They want to talk about processing credit cards for merchants.
Caller said her name was Lauren from CPS.
I said not interested  several times.  Was asked "does your company accept credit cards, yes or no? 3 times.
Finally said How's this "none of your business".  Was told "How's this "we're just going to call you again then" click.

Number tracks to a pay phone in bay and Dundas departure terminals downtown toronto...they call at least 5 times a day and say absolutely nothing...

Your idea costs you nothing, and adds more enjoyment to life than going to most movies--you're correct, if others used it, the scammer's calls would end shortly!

I've been getting calls from this number as well.  I now look forward to their daily call.  When they call I answer and respond with either duck noises or farting sounds.  The caller gets really angry and says, "I'm going to keep calling."  For me this turns an annoying event into a barrel of monkeys.  Maybe you're not as immature as me but if we all do this they will go get another job.

Is your business phone a single-line phone?
If so, one of the quite inexpensive call blocking devices can be plugged into your system.
Otherwise, make a note of their phone number, and when it calls, pick up, then hang up.

These people are like parasites. They've called us everyday for weeks about our merchant account, even though we do not accept credit cards. Doesn't matter if you're polite and say no thank you, or rude and ignorant. They keep calling and I have NO IDEA how to block it! Seriously, they need to be stopped.... Irritating buggers.

This number has called persistently.  Its a call centre to discuss processing of visa or mastercard.  They do not have info about you - they ask if you are the decision maker for credit card processing and then need to know your name.  I have spoken to them as they call repeatedly every day and informed them that we do not accept telemarketing calls on the number they called.
