This number has been calling asking for money to fix my computer. I need to report this number of extortion.

This number is used by a credit card collection agency. They will use several numbers, (866)602-0030, (416)291-4469 and dozens of phony numbers.  Do yourself a favour and do not answer any number with 800, 866, 202 as well as many others from California, etc. These people with low IQ levels are paid to call so simply block all number that start with 800 - 866 - etc. No money to pay the bills? They are not interested in hearing your story! Bankrupsy is no disgrace these days and you may end up with more money in your pocket and peace of mind. You will not hurt your credit rating, the damage has already been done.

I subscribe to the "Anonymous Caller ID" service offered by my local telephone service provider.  This service prevents people who call with blocked / private telephone #s from getting through unless they "unblock" their phone number.

I received a call from this number today and my call display indicates that they specifically unblocked their number to allow the call to go through.

I find it suspicious that a legitimate company would be calling anonymously.

I did answer the phone.  Their agent indicated that he was calling from "BBM" with regard to radio stations.  (Similar to what somebody reported above).

I ask why they would have been calling me anonymously; he gave a lame excuse about a "router".  I rejected his explanation and told him to place me on their internal Do Not Contact list.  He politely said that he would do so.

I can't believe these people can't respect my privacy. They just keep phoning.
If they were disable, would they enjoy running to the phone? Maybe their private
phones should be disconnected? Even if it is a survey company, they should
use the mail not the phone. I happen to be paying for my phone for my use not
their use.

Market research survey. They called me at work, but did apologize. Nothing really to do about it. Can't report survey companies to the CRTC and they aren't required to keep a DNC list.

It's some person from Toronto calling, but I did not answer it and no message was left.

Yes I have answered a call from this Number ... it is a Survey on which Radio stations you listen to .. I did receive the Booklets in the Mail .. and I have to returned them this week with the Survey information I gave.  I have had calls from them from different numbers as well and also they had phoned a few years ago as well.  Hope this helps everyone wondering about this number.

I answered at they said it was a survey about radio stations in the neighbourhood wanted to know the ages of people in the house and wanted to send out booklets... i said no thanks Company name was BDM- never heard of them

They call us daily as well... tried to call back same message as other shave gotten. Tried to do a reverse look up... funny no info on line. I think I will contact the CRTC

It is Nielsen/BBM, calling to survey you about television viewing and radio listening. They left a message for me a few moments ago.

This number call twice today and left no message. When I called it back I get a message saying the number wasn't available and check the number and dial again. Has any one answer a call from this number?

Complain, I'm going to.  They have been calling daily in spite of my voicemail message that I don't take calls from telemarketers
