They keep calling unknown caller and dont say a word when we asked hello hello? and hang up on us They are looking for another person that never lived here and wrong number and keeep calling upsettting us should we report them?

Right if we were the people that made the loads but problem is we are not.So it is harassment when you are calling every second day to collect from the wrong person.Tell me why should anyone pay for someone else's loan.Never mind you commission.

i have used the F word a few times to this company, they weren't happy with me.... but they two ask for one person they get me, i asked to have this number removed they said it would take 48 hours to remove it, no problem, now i am getting the phone calls again and it is my name they are using saying that i owe a bell aliant bill and i don't they want all kinds of info but i refuse to give them anything after reading all these comments....... the number that calls me repeatedly is 1-866-580-5355 please can anyone give me any more info on this please i can't take much more of the bull crap

This company was constantly phoning me ande this became a nuisance, I reported the matter to:
Consumer@ontario.ca
and they took action. The company apologised to Consumer Ontario that they had wrong information on their file. Consumer Department of Government of Ontario has now a file about my complaints. They will take action if more complaints are received.
My suggestion is report your complaint to Consumer Department of Ontario as I did.

It is very simple- except I never asked for a loan! I agree one should pay their debts however it is not me that this company is looking for! I have called them, been left on hold, and then poitely informed them that the person they are looking for does not have this phone # yet still they call. How many times should we have to tell them they have the wrong phone #!

I agree with you Jack Green, I've been getting the same calls for some time now, and it seem like they call at the worst time of the day when I'm very busy. I don't owe those people any money either.

Received about 70 calls since February...never return the call because on principle and after reading boards not worth my time...just hang up if I am home or delete the robocall message. These scum of the earth people can't get a real job so the resort to becoming a collections agency. I don't want to waste my time calling them to let them know that they have the wrong person. I have heard too many stories of it not making a difference. Eventually they may just go away. When they call I am usually at work anyway.

I received two calls from this number. 877-274-6626 leaving a message that it was important to call back.
I called back said I wasn't the person they were calling. They were very rude, yelled at me, said my number was taken off the list, they couldn't discuss it with me and hung up. It really upset me

Mr Blue: This sorry excuse for a company has been calling my office for months looking for someone who does not work here and who has NEVER worked here. Every time I get put through to one of the mouth breathing clerks you have answering your phones they mumble, type something and then disconnect the line. They obviously are not looking forward to dealing with anyone who gets these calls and therefore just disconnect in hopes that you don't call back.
You will collect on something soon, but it wont be a bad debt.

the number 1 (877) 274-6626 has been calling my phone non-stop for a few weeks now. I call them back everytime they have left a message. I have asked them to stop calling (they have woken my baby up several times!!!) they tell me that my number is removed and then just call back the next day!! It makes me sooo mad!!! My husband called them back today to ask what their company does and if he could speak with a manager. The man was very ignorant, yelled at him and then hung up. My husband kept calling to ask for a manager. The guy started getting more and more mad. My husband said just transfer me to a manager please. The man started to swear and said that there was NO managers within the company (BULL KRAP!!!) My husband called about 6 times. I said haha how do they like being called again and again. They DIDNT like it very much and I thought it was much too bad. Finally I got fed up with it and searched for the managements number. We called customer service which in turn transferred us to management. We will see if the calls stop. OH and P.S we even asked how they got the number since our number is new and we dont have a phone with a "regular" company!!! The collection agency should investigate that it is a legitimate claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company that told you "we didn't pay our bill" needs to prove it. We closed our account and paid the final bill over 7 years ago. The claim is fraudulent, and yet they keep passing it on to a different collection agency year after year. So do your homework, before you start harrassing people day after day. You chose this profession, so suck it up. We had one collector call every ten minutes. We didn't have call display then, and she would scream into the phone every time it was answered, and was verbally abusive to my 14 year old daughter. You aren't "helping" anyone but the businesses who are making money off of fraudulent claims against the innocent people, who end up paying just to shut you up.

Well mr blue , here is the point most of us are making. myself for instance owe money to no one. I keep getting calls from these people asking to speak to people I never heard of before. I am getting tired of these calls. even though I tell them that no one by the name they ask for lives here they keep calling .

Formally ask them to stop. When they don't stop, file a complaint, and call when it doesn't stop.

To all you people out there.. it is very simple.. when you asked for a loan and went to get it for the urgency you got the money.. it is the exact same thing that the loaner wants.. THEY WANT THEIR MONEY BACK CUZ IT IS NOT YOURS AT ALL.. AND SAME URGENCY PAY IF BACK.. you dont want to be call then pay your bills..!! do not abuse the collectors officers. Takes a few mins to make a phone call, get your reference number and fax these people.

thanks for the company's listing number.
i call them and told them to remove my number off their calling list, as they have the wrong person.
they had a number from 10 years ago, which was reallocated to us about 8 yrs ago.
