Got a call today - Jan 22 2014 - to my toll free business line.  They said they were interested in learning more about the business but abruptly hung up after extracting some information.

called place of work wanted to buy a car, gave me a different number when i asked for his number

Microsoft Customer service does not call out. It is abridging scheme for your information if they say they are calling from Microsoft and they are looking to verify your accounts....

this is an old lady callin for nothing or just to make other person frustrated with her stupid questions.....

2 calls from this number today. no answer. nobody talking on the other end.

I received a call this morning to my place of work, answered the phone with the usual greeting that I do at work. The person on the other end just said  ... "Oh My God" .... I then said hello, hello, and received no other response, they were still on the phone but would not answer me!!

they just steal our area code :(

I got a call from exactly this number today! There was a nice lady speaking on the other end of the line.

Since I am Dutch and I already suspected this to be a fraudulent call, I simply replied in Dutch, pretending I don't speak English and she went like, in perfect English (It was definitely not British English, but I think some American accent) : "Oh, you don't speak English, I don't speak Dutch. Goodbye" and that was all.

Anyways, these calls really suck. What's the point of making them in the first place? Also, what is the point of calling some random Dutch company??? It simply doesn't make sense.

Called @ 11:40pm, went to voice-mail dead air for about 1 minute.

Called at 11:30pm last night # is from Ontario Canada

Called at 2:28pm from Ontario Canada, went to voice mail. Dead air for 5 sec.

two calls today - both legitimate questions to the customer service center I work at, but both showing this number on the call display.

Suddenly I heard about 5 people talking...a phone room.
I was connected to a lovely lady somewhere in a 3rd world country,
doing her very best to get through her "script"...misprocouncing many words. Must have been her 1st day....maybe even 1st call.
She asked if I was happy with my cell phone provider....
I asked which one? I have 3.
She mumbled something about all 3
Then proceeded to try and sell me on Sprint service
I explained that her supervisor is an idiot for putting her on the phone before she was ready. I hung up before she had the opportunity to.
