Caller called stating that we won a sweepstakes of 1 million dollars and wanted us to send $199.99 for the processing fee and then the check will be deposited in my bank account and he made this call to my cell phone.

The FBI do not have offices in Toronto. Lawyers will (should) give you their name, as they are officers of the courts, and ALL legitimate lawyers in Canada are members of the Canadian Bar Association and/or a provincial bar association (the Upper Canada Law Society for Ontario lawyers). The UCLS has a web search function and can confirm a lawyer's membership status instantly.
If someone is demanding money from you, refer them to your own attorney or notary public. Tell them to file a statement of claim or send your lawyer a written request. If they can't do that, they are scamming you.

This caller has many different phone numbers he uses to get us to send money. He is is threat us now. He wants money NOW or else clams to be the FBI He clams to be a lawyer. ect..... He is right out of Toronto Canada
