I am not sure who talked rudely to you. We have been known for our customer service since we started our business. As for your purchase, I do not have enough information to judge, but please call us again and talk to our rep. I can guarantee you if you are having problem we are here to look after you. We deal with customer returns, overstocks and end of lines of major retailers. We test each item that comes in through our door and try but I will not rule out a lapse either. But then, I would really like to speak to you and find out who spoke rudely to you. Please call us again.

416-802-8246 Scam alert !!! Do not buy anything from this person that sells RE-SEALED software in a box. I was a victim of a scam from this person that spent $300. and non off the activation keys worked. I called him and he told me to F--- myself, so I called the RCMP and Toronto Police service and they told me that there is a on going investigation going on with this individual...
