Latest scam from Witham.. Now hes claiming to make tons of dropship cash. On the other hand trying to scam seo clients

This is to confirm I was scammed by Greg Mase partner of the above for $5000

Jesse we know this is your phone - 417-773-0548. This is the number listed and you gave us. Your pretty darn good at playing dumb huh? Do you not realize you scammed our entire group out of our hard earned money. You are now caught in about 10 lies between the group of us. You've tried selling us fraudulent sites on flippa, website broker, fake outsources seo packages, cheap $100 websites. We have traced monies, no more games. Sounds like we have an advanced pathological liar on our hands, you agree?  Confirm these addresses so we can take care of this matter in court - Nixa warehouse/office, local Tampa home address, and local Tampa downtown office address. Just want you to confirm these first, and we will proceed from here.

Could you please give me a call and explain when and how you sent money to someone pretending to be me? It would be very helpful if you could take 5 minutes to talk with my attorney and myself. We haven't been able to find someone who actually has a record of sending a payment, so it makes it very hard to find the person who was doing this.

I am not sure how I got associated with this phone number, but someone just told me about this page. This is not a phone number I have ever owned. Let me clear a few things up and apologize to anyone who got SPAM emails from anyone pretending to be me.

I found out that apparently someone created hundreds of email addresses like "jessewitham301@gmail.com" and "jessewitham302@gmail.com" etc, etc.. and used them to spam companies asking for SEO marketing business. I used to own an SEO company back in 2005 - 2008 and made a very good name for myself that someone obviously tried to capitalize on.

Anyone who received an email from an address with my name in it, PLEASE email it to me! My attorney is trying to put the pieces together and catch whoever has been doing this. Your help is greatly appreciated.

False whois and ownership info.  In the screenshots witham attached, these exact figures were also sent from witham to one of our clients regarding the site MyWhiteWalls.com & proof of sales. This sales attempt is 100% fraud and action is being taken. aahhhhhh wonder how the latest scams went??? Mr jesse witham scammed more successful business men. The mans trying to cover his tail, by posting he runs a sunglass company.. If you read all the interesting stuff on the web you can clearly see his name Jesse witham  a ton about scamming people for seo link building  and websites and social media - then you can see stuff about him as dropshipredditor where its him posting his company sales saying he's doing it with very little marketing, then you can see his social media stuff. Clearly everyone has you as the correct guy.. And everyone else has called you out too. Moda Collection or llc is based on nixa missouri and an office in tampa fL is what the guy said when I called.

Steven it seems by the group that monitor this is Jesse posting good comments.  If this is not NOT Jeese please send us a link to your salon, a phone # to call and chat with you and info proving your Steven.  If not we will all assume this is Jesse trying to again post positive comments. A scammer once is always a scammer. Prime example this Jesse scammer Withim! Also we dont care if you work high pressure sales at a night job for a sunglass company too.  We all want our money back, if you pay us all back it will be about $15,000 and we wont call you a scam at all anymore, just a horrible thief!

I own a tanning salon and I got a call from a "Jesse Witham" asking if I wanted to sell sunglasses in my salon. He said he owns a wholesale sunglasses company in Missouri and Florida. He seemed genuine and had very cheap prices so I said yes. Now I looked up his name and saw these posts. Anyone know if he really sells sunglasses? Or if it's even the same guy?

BEWARE - Jesse Witham - http://www.facebook.com/jessewitham    he's scammed many of us the above info is Jesse himself posting, nice try man.  we all know you dont know sh@! about SEO - quit scamming the world.   417-773-0548 Also answers  - Ive done research and 203 NOTRH 12th STREET TAMPA FL 33607  is his correct address.  He also does sales PT for a sunglass company which is churning out the sunglass sites.

My website started getting cold calls from this number also pitching web design services and marketing stuff. He would call over and over so I finally filed a complaint. A few weeks later I got paperwork from a law firm as well as a call from Jesse himself explaining that some shady guys had been using his name and references to get internet business and only accepting paypal or cashiers checks.

The real Jesse Witham is 417-773-0548 and he apparently runs a legitimate wholesale company.

The fake Jesse who was running the online scam was 417-234-3194 and his lawyers told me he is in jail now.

Have tried to work this guy for a year now. Bought a website from him that he "supposively created". A year later the website still doesn't work & I haven't had any luck getting my money back. Said he would create the site & outsourced the work to some crappy company in India. Have met with an attorney & we will be turning this into a civil suit. Paid 7k for the site & have lost thousands in advertising & business. Plan to file suit for around 30k but would also like to recommend that everyone reports this guy to the Better Business Bureau. They need to know what is going on; Also contact your local state legislator & attorney general. The more people that report this scam artist the sooner he gets shut down.

Jesse ripped us off of $850 dollars. Didn't do the work...what little he did as VERY late like 4 months...doesn't answer the phone. They are anything BUT ethical.

They say they are "ethical" but they are not located in the US, but India. That's not a problem, but lying about it is. Also if they can do SEO like they say they can, why do they have to spam us over and over again? I would stay far away from them and anyone company that offers SEO services by email SPAM.
