Just got a call from this number...didn't answer it.  Called back and all it said was "welcome" and then after a few seconds a recording said "goodbye" and then nothing else so I just hung up.

Got a call from this number tonight. I missed the call so I called back. A machine said hello paused and said goodbye and hung up. Just got back from Myrtle Beach where we took a time share tour, (didn't buy) they also have places in Branson and others could have been them. Cost me 8 cents to check out the number, somebody owes me!

Got a call from this number. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Caller ID says it's out of Springfield, MO. If it was important they would have left a message, which they didn't.

Got the same number on my Caller ID, but no message. Rec'd it on 9/17/08.

I just got a call from this number and it hung up on me when I answered.  I tried to call the number back, but all it did was ring a few times then go to a recorded voice that said 'no message is recorded', then a pause and then the same recorded voice saying 'good-bye' before it hung up on me.

Go figure.

we just got a a call from this number. i answered but they hung up. I've also been getting blocked calls on my cell phone, we're trying to find it if they're related. And the caller on my cell phone knows about my family, which is creepish..

This number called me on Oct. 23, 2009 at 5:46pm.  They left no message.  Does anyone know who it is..? (417) is in Southwastern Missouri.

i just got a call from this number few mins ago. I never stepped foot in the state of MO or the whole Midwest for that matter.
as far as where they got your cell # , the #s were released last year to telemarketers.

I was in the Branson area last week and today I got a call from this number on my cell phone. It was a missed call so when I tried to call it back I got a message saying 'Message not recorded' and was disconnected. If you got a call from this number someone in that area (or Springfield since I was there, too) someone is receiving your cell phone signal and getting your number. This used to only happen with analog phones but it looks like someone has now figured out how to do it with digital signals, too. Bogus number so suggest you forget it or don't answer it. I will be calling my cell carrier tomorrow  to report it. You should do the same.

I just got this call on my cell - left no message.  I can believe (as others have said) that it's related to White Water in Branson since I was just there on vacation last week!

Yip...Just got back from Branson.  Stayed at Grand Country on a 750.00 package.  Guess that wasn't enough.  Now within 4 days they sellin' my phone number to a Time Share or whatever...didn't answer the call but looked on here and got a pretty good idea about what goin' on.  It had to be them...nobody else there got my cell phone number.  I am on the cell do not call list also.

They called on my cellphone.  Said they wanted to survey about the poconos.  Asked if I had been there since March 09 and I said no - they hung up.

I am on the do not call registry and this is my cell phone, which I normally do not give out.

Whoever mention White Water in Branson, that is probably right.  I just got back from there a couple weeks ago and this number showed up on my phone.

Had this number call my cell phone too. I did not answer and they hung up pretty quickly and left no message. No idea what company would be calling me for a survey unless it was about my new car. Obviously, companies are giving out cell phone numbers for stupid surveys. Do not answer!!

I answered and it was someone asking for my opinion on our recent visit to White Water in Branson. They asked if they could call in the future for other surveys and I said no. We will see if they call again or not.

I received a call from this number today and when I called it back it hung up on me.  I was in Springfield, MO on April 22nd and stayed at the Days Inn for only one night.  I also filled out a brief survery they emailed to me and wondered if Days Inn gave out my cell phone number. I contacted Days Inn and they said they do not give out any information. I'm not sure how they received my cell phone number considering I was only there for one night.
