Tey are calling for some that is not and i dont even know them if they call again iam calling my laywer.

serious message left that have important documents needed to review.  if answer, they hang up.  they leave an 866 8791503 number and extension to call back.  they are rude, will give no info, name calling, and have few statistics and scream.  you actually have no idea what they want except money for some debt, likely someone elsess that they ahve somehow associated you with.  ARS

Why is this legal??  I try to return their phone number and don't get a response except a busy signal.

How can I stop them calling??

I received a call from that number too regarding a person I have not spoken with in > 3 years.  They were rude and would not say why they were calling and hung up immediately.  Return calls to that number only would get a busy signal.

A person called from this number, I answered and the the person asked for my husband.  He was not available and the person hung up.  Very rude.

I have tried many times to get to a manager - VERY RUDE - hang up most of the time.  These people are looking for an individual that has not had this telephone number in over 4 years.  TROY ROBARGE - HEY BUDDY - TRY PAYING YOUR BILLS BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF GETTING COLLECTION CALLS FOR YOU.  

To the company that owns this number.  Is it part of your training to tell your callers to hang up when someone tells them this number is not longer used by the individual they are looking for?  Are you embarrassed to list your company name on caller id?  

If anyone knows what company this is, please reply.  I'd like to file a complaint with the BBB.

This call is from a company called ARS a debt collection office. They use a computer generated phone number to make it look like they are calling from Ohio. When I spoke with the caller they would not give me any information about why they were calling or where they were located. I ended up calling ARS headquarters.
