Calls, leaves no message on answering device.  Bothersome!

Please help to make us aware of anytime you get hung up on or are talked to rudely by any of our callers.  This type of behavior will not be tolerated in any way.  We record all of our outbound calls so as long as you can tell me the number you were called from and the time of the call as close as you can get, I guarantee that I will get to the bottom of it.  I will not have any of our callers disrespecting our community by hanging up on someone.  Please feel free to call me anytime @ 423-899-4990.  Thank you so much for your input.  It really does help as we continue to move forward and strive to have Zero complaints.

Thank you for your message, but why do these callers hang up when I answer? And when I'm not here, leave a meaasge on my answering machine? This type of information should be made public in the newspapers or all on local news broadcast. Some people can't be disturbed especially tying up the phone if an emergency happens, and with all the scams going on most people will write them off as a scam anyway.

I am the manager up here at the Chattanooga Firefighter's Association Fundraising Office.  We have been selling tickets to benefit concerts at the Memorial Auditorium for 16 yrs now to be able to continue providing free smoke detectors to elderly and less fortunate families throughout Hamilton County and Northern Georgia.  It is not related to any police organization so that is why they don't know anything about it.  If getting a call a couple times a year from some local guys doing a good thing for the community bothers you, then just give us a call at 423-899-4990 and ask us to take your number off of our list.  No questions asked GUARANTEED!

No message left.  As I recall, it is just about this time of year when the "policeman's fund" scammers come through this  area.  I checked with the local police and sheriff's dept last year, and it's ABSOLUTELY a scam; neither one of them was aware of any legit fundraising operation in our area at thte time.

I don't know that it is a random phone call.  They've called me 14 times in under a month.  Sometimes they'll call multiple times in a day, one call after another even though they get the answering machine every time.  They don't leave a message, but continue to call.  I've never answered.
