The woman ( can't remember her name) that I spoke to was Extremely rude, hateful and her tone of voice was absolutely unprofessional.  She said to me "you had 8 months to pay, goodbye". And hung up! I called back to report her nasty attitude and I got hung up on again. I cussed out of anger but that's because this situation has really made me angry! Either way do not call me wanting me to pay a debt I owe and speak to me that way!!! can't find another way to report her so I am posting it on multiple sites.

Everyday you all call! I answer and I get nothing just background sounds. Several times I have answered and I am able to hear a conversation between you all and a client. Oddly!!
I have a baby and to call at unexceptable times only to hold the phone and not talk back makes you look stupid and very unprofessional. Quit calling me!!!

I thought it was aweful weird when I asked this woman who she was and what company she is with. She responded back with...who is this? No. You called me. On my phone. The first thing that should come out of your mouth should not be, "I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SO AND SO". I'm going to need a "Hi, this is (blah blah) with (blah blah company) and I need to speak with so and so. Not keep getting rude with me and talking in circles until you get hung up on. WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT COMPANY she was with. Google. He he. MANNERS GOES A LONG WAY PEOPLE.

After reading some of these comments, I am now pretty sure they are a collection agency for Morristown's Healthstar Physician's group. I was a patient there in the past and have ignored the calls to my personal cell phone. I can no longer answer my home phone because of collection agencies' harassment and now my cell phone was the last resort. I screen calls from the numbers I don't know and these people NEVER leave a message. Now I can answer it so perhaps they'll stop calling me VERY EARLY in the morning.

They call me several times a day but they never leave a message. If some one owed me money, I think I would be leaving a message.  If it is a bill of mine, I will NOT pay this unprofessional company. I will pay the hospital direct.

These people have called me and HUNG up everytime. Today they call a lady ask for me, I answer yes. She ask if I have a daughter by the name of ______  ________  and is her DOB___ ___ ____. My reply "tell me who you are and I will answer that." She said she had to verify it was me she was speaking to. Ok obviously I am not answering your question, so you have who you are looking for.  I did financing and collections for a few yrs, I would never have asked for personal info or worked for a company that did. Again she ask about the info, 1st of all my child is under 8 yrs old, so I reply again " I am not going to tell just anyone that calls me info about my child, now do you want to tell me who you are? She replies "Well I need you to verify this, because this call cannot go any further until you do."  I replied " So I guess this is good-bye?"  I cannot believe they expect me to verify my childs dob or her name on the phone and you don't want to tell me who you are. I am sure it is a medical debt collector, as I am aware I have outstanding medical bills. I would have been happy to discuss this with someone that didn't want to get personal information from me. Change your strategy before you go out of business.....

i live in tn and also get these calls.i do not owe any bills whatsoever and these clowns call every day sometimes at 10 pm.there based out of morristown tn.there number is 423-581-6472 and it comes up unavailable.there is a web sight where you can report this number.we are on the no call list and since we owe these creeps nothing its considered harassment..there low  lives who harass folks.anytime you see these turds calling report them if the calls keep up report them to the police for harassment.

Rang once at 9:20 am.  I'm guessing they give up early. When I was a telemarketer I would never give up until my mom forced me to quit because working on commission by calling strangers is no way to make money.  Sometimes I would just keep calling people until they became friends. (AND then they said NO).

I get at least three calls a day.  No one ever leaves a message.

They called my moms house, & asked for my young son then hung up. Tried to call it back but couldn't understand the recording. It was weird!

I  am almost sure that number belongs to Tri-County Collection Agency - they collect for Morristown Hamblen Health Systems and Healthstar Physicians, among onthers.

Only rang twice and there was not enough time for the answering machine to pick up but must be a collections agency for the people who used to live in the downstairs apartment since all my friends would leave a message.  I'm not too impressed with these guys or gals who profess to help these doctors get their money.  Caller ID said name was "UNavailable" so the agency is not upfront with who they are.  I don't know where the people are who used to be downstairs but I'm sure the collection agencies are not looking very carefully for they would have found where these people worked.  It would be on hospital records unless that is some HIPAA information violation.

Very perplexing.  Phone rang at 9:30 exactly and "unavailable" was listed on the caller ID.  I'm sure that this must be a collections agency or some type of call center but it only rang twice.  When I was a call center professional I let it ring more times.  Maybe I was more into marketing.  These people must be on a quote for the amount of calls NOT getting the job done correctly.  I don't think each caller is working on commission.

I ended up programming the phone number into my speed dial as "collection agency" and now when they call it shows "collection agency" on the caller ID so I'm figuring they will leave a message about who they want to call and I can relay the message to them if they leave a valid telephone number.  Isn't that the way it works in the business world?  It used to work that way back in the olden days went I worked in an office.  I'm I too professional for today's unprofessional world?

Rang twice a 8:49 a.m. but didn't leave a message.  Not sure what the story is but I guess it wasn't important enough to let the answering machine pick up on the third ring.  Must be a collections agency.  Maybe I can get a job with this place because the people currently working at the firm are too lazy or too busy to let the telephone ring a third time. I wonder if they really want the money or if they have to try a few times to get the IRS to think they are attempting to collect so that they can "write off" the bad debt.  Maybe it is a hospital who understands that poor people must use the emergency room as a free clinic since the healthcare system is unable to deal with low wage earners.  This is why socialized medicine will not work. It will never cover everyone and those who fall between the cracks will not pay or cannot pay the $50 a visit doctor charge.  This will cost us all in higher fees for those who can pay.

Patty called for someone that used to live in the downstairs apt. but must not have her new address or phone number so I'm guessing it is a collection agency again calling for some medical est. that was needed over a year ago.  Patty has an East Tennessee accent so the twang would indicate that it is a local call from a local agency in the Tri-cities area looking to recoup some if the charges but they didn't actually say who they were representing.
